While fantasy suites week probably leads to the most drama, especially if there are windmills involved, The Bachelorette hometown visits are, in my opinion, the most tantalizing.
The Bachelorette has to sit down with some guy’s grumpy dad and convince him on national television that she A) is not a clout chaser B) genuinely loves his son and C) cannot just date him, she needs to marry him immediately. It’s like a flip is switched and you go from watching a trashy reality show to a courtroom scene from A Few Good Men.
On Monday night, we’ll see Charity visit the homes of her final four guys: Aaron, Dotun, Joey, and Xavier. While we don’t know which contestant will be left in the dust, we do know there will definitely be some awkward small talk, overbearing boy moms, and stilted “fun facts” about the city of Hershey, Pennsylvania.
