In Alix’s defense, watching a football game can be like motherhood. Sometimes you’re beaming with pride watching your team child. Other times, you’re shaking your head in disbelief at what’s happening in front of your face. And by the end of the game day, you’re ready to fall asleep on the couch.
Alix, I love you, I forgive you, and I know you probably weren’t even being all that serious, but I’d be willing to bet all my sanity that no mom has ever picked up her kid from school wearing a bright orange bodysuit, ripped jean shorts, a tiny bag, and kitten heels. Maybe you thought the baseball hat gave you mom vibes? Again, I forgive you.
