Gypsy and Ryan’s love story began when the Louisiana middle school teacher starting sending sweet letters to Gypsy while she was in prison. (If you somehow missed it, she served time for conspiring with her ex-bf to kill her mother, who was extremely abusive.) Evidently, their relationship took a turn after Gypsy became a free woman.
She and Ryan began their life together following her December 2023 release, so… yeah, they made it about three months in the real world. To be fair, that’s longer than I’ve ever been able to deal with a man. But there’s more tea now! As of the end of March, Rypsy was no more. Like any proper Millennial, Gypsy turned to Facebook to provide an update on her relationship status. “People have been asking what is going on in my life,” she wrote. “Unfortunately my husband and I are going through a separation and I moved in with my parents home down the bayou.” The social media sensation thanked her loved ones for their support and guidance. She added, “I am learning to listen to my heart. Right now I need time to let myself find… who I am.” And we love that for her, of course.
Ryan Reportedly Started Arguments And “Guilt-Tripped” Her
Oh boy. According to TMZ sources, Gypsy’s been telling loved ones that Ryan has “become super argumentative” and makes her feel like she’s always doing something wrong. Also, he’s supposedly making her feel guilty for spending a lot of time with her father post-prison. Oof. At the end of the day, per the outlet, it was all just too much for Gypsy. Not to mention, her family allegedly had worries about his intentions with her. (He originally contacted her on a dare.) A sticky situation indeed.
Gypsy Rose And Her Ex Fiancé Got Matching Tattoos After Her Split From Her Husband
Now, this is where it gets messy. Yesterday — as in five days after that split announcement — Gypsy met up with her ex-fiancé, Ken, to get lunch and tattoos. Absolutely unhinged. Clearly, she was really feeling his Kenergy that day. Of all people, it was Ken’s mother, Raina Williams, who confirmed that this little outing happened. An insider also told TMZ that Gypsy and Ken opted for husky dog ink on their arms. Alrighty then.
Gypsy Rose Is Not Back Together With Ken (Apparently)
Raina is an open book, it seems. According to her, “They are not back together. They’re very cool. Ken is just being a supportive friend to her and that’s it.” Yeah, I’m sure Ken totally just wants to be there for his friend. I simply can’t imagine a man swooping in at that moment for any other reason. Raina added, “I care a lot for Gypsy and I want to see good things happen for her.” I also wanna see good things happen for Gypsy, so I’m praying that she and this Ken character are actually just friends.

I did see this one coming after the separation and reuniting with ex situation, but it happened really fast. The day before Gypsy filed for divorce, Ryan got a TikTok and thanked people for supporting him. He also asked for a follow… it’s unclear what his influencer era would look like.
Gypsy Filed A Temporary Restraining Order Against Ryan On April 11
Um, so I guess the divorce is not an amicable situation. Gypsy filed the restraining order three days after she filed for divorce. It seems like she won’t be giving a statement on the subject, but we’ll learn more in June when we watch her new Lifetime docuseries, Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up.
