Lay on your back on any table high enough to put your and your partner’s crotch leveled. Then, bend your knees so that they’re going up the length of your partner’s arms as they prop themselves up next to you.

If you have a heavy flow, the most comfortable sex position will be anything where you’re on your back. Not only will you have to worry less about getting blood everywhere, but if you’re a little uncomfortable from period symptoms, nothing is better than just being a pillow princess.

I know shower sex isn’t everyone’s favorite, but anytime I have period sex standing up, I like to do it in the shower. Then, have your partner pick your legs up and wrap them around their thighs so that your crotches are lined up.
