Life *Is* All Diamonds And Rosé At This Bravo Fan Experience

While I’ll take any excuse to add some champagne to my orange juice on a Sunday morning, I was particularly thrilled when I first saw that Bravo announced a “Diamonds and Rosé” themed brunch and activation. The event is advertised as a “can’t miss” “immersive experience” where thirsty Bravoholics such as myself would be satisfied with “Bravo-themed bites and beverages, with cocktails and mocktails” as well as plenty of photo ops and themed entertainment depending on which day of the week you choose to attend.

So, basically, TLDR: Bravo is sponsoring some Housewives heavy dinner theatre for the girls, gays, and theys to fellowship with our community in New York and Los Angeles. Naturally, I was extremely activated by the mere premise of the activation but still cautiously curious if events company Bucketlisters could actually make life feel like a cabaret for a few hours as opposed to being all uncool. Here’s an honest review of the Diamonds and Rosé Experience By Bravo with everything you need to know before buying your ticket.

The Diamonds and Rosé experience is a limited edition pop-up restaurant experience running from August to October in Los Angeles and New York. In addition to serving a themed menu including bevvys made by Bravolebs, the experience is generously inspired by everything Bravo from The Real Housewives to the Below Deck Empire, including much-needed recognition for all of the network’s reality fan-favorites like Summer House, Shas of Sunset and Married to Medicine. Beyond just festive food and drinks, the experience is set up in a Bravoholic dream aesthetic perfect for snapping pics to (bling bling) make bitches mad. Each seating offers various entertainment and offerings for the different days of the week (Thursday through Sunday) including trivia, bingo, jewelry bonding, and drag brunch. There’s also a merch booth because duh.

How much are tickets to the Diamonds and Rosé Bravo fan experience?

It’s natural to be weary of gimmicky events that often prey on fan excitement without delivering the ticket cost’s worth, so I was beyond pleasantly surprised when I gasped moments into entering the Los Angeles experience at E.P. & L.P. The walls are papered with very cutsie headshots of every single Bravolebrity you can possibly think of, which let me know right away a true fan was behind the creative. Once inside, there’s a pink glossy photo op that tops any step and repeat Jill Zarin designed over the years and a giant fuzzy photobooth moment that would tickle Lisa Vanderpump pink. What really had me giggling was fake bushes to live your “Luann, you fell in the bushes realness” and a true crime-style wine-stained flipped table for all the prostitution whores in the room.

Beyond looking genuinely fantastic, the food was yummy (I’m still thinking about the crunch of those tater tots) and the drinks were STRONG (even if the bar did put their own spin on LVP’s cannon Pumptini recipe). The staff was serving up shots for those who wanted them like they were going out of style and were generally super helpful, offering to take group pics and coordinate obtaining singles for the drag show, which I attended on Sunday.

I don’t know that I’ve ever been disappointed by a drag bunch (it’s pretty hard to be bored by girlies in full glam singing into a drop split), but this rotation of queens, who I was told did their homework on their Housewives and performed multiple Bravo musical hits that always make my pregame playlist.

So, should you go to this event? If you’re one of the precious tribe of people who live and breathe all things Bravo, yes this event is for you! Especially if you’ve been craving the fan hype of Bravocon without the expensive commitment. You’ll get a huge kick out of the attention to detail and even the chance to make some money if you win one of the fancy pants gift card prizes during one of the games and activities. If you’re someone who didn’t even recognize the event is inspired by a Lisa Vanderpump quote, it’s still more than possible to whoop it up. $35 covering an entre and drink is pretty par for the course literally anywhere in LA or NY. However, for non-fans, I could imagine not wanting to fork over the cost of the more premium tickets.
