Every loyal Netflix viewer knows that each season of Love Is Blind is desperate for a supervillain. For season 7, Leo Braudy was more than willing to oblige. The art dealer whose housewife tagline would be “New York is my city, Art Basel is my playground!” wasted no time telling all the ladies (and all the men, for that matter) just how big of a catch he was because Leo is loaded, rich, and how do I say it politely, blessed with a fat ass bank account. Unfortunately for my least favorite humble king (whose astrological sign is actually Aries, making a troubling amount of sense), money can’t buy you class, the ability to read a room, or the gift of knowing when to quit while you’re behind.
After failing to psychologically bully Hannah into giving him a second chance, Leo pivoted to trying to manipulate Brittany Wisniewski into thinking she was his one true love the entire time. I was mentally willing whatever the opposite of “He’s a good man Savannah is” energy to smack Barbie through the screen, but my psychic powers are still under construction I fear. I mean, it’s not like Brittany is exactly a lovable woman of the people, but she still deserves better than Draco Malfoy meets George Costanza. After some toxic pod dates and low-key two proposals, why weren’t Leo and Brittany chosen to go to Mexico? Well, it’s complicated.
Do Leo and Brittany get engaged on Love Is Blind?
Yes, they do, technically twice. After Leo basically begged Hannah not to tell Brittany how he scream-cried the first time she tried to dump him, Leo had a lot of making up to do to get Brittany back on board. Even before the Hannah debacle, Brittany was appalled that Leo would ask her for her ring preferences while openly admitting he was going to ask Hannah the same thing. So, naturally, by the time he presented his pathetic little poem asking her to be his wife, it wasn’t quite enough. Brittany said yes, then waffled over whether she could picture herself with someone who didn’t choose her first (duh!). So they agreed to be boyfriend/girlfriend for now but intended for the engagement reveal to be a proper do-over. Leo was ofc tickled pink Brit was as hot as he suspected while she visibly couldn’t decide if he was full of love or bullshit. Yet, when he got down on one knee she officially said yes (again).
Why didn’t Leo and Brittany go to Mexico?

As revealed in a title card after their proposal, “Brittany & Leo were not one of the six couples chosen by producers to continue their journey in Mexico.” To be fair, even in the more blissful moments of their first face-to-face meeting, Leo and Brittany were already debating if they wanted to go to Mexico or Miami. That could be because producers had hinted their relationship was too unstable for even an LIB engagement, but Leo steamrolled them into allowing it anyway.
Fortunately for us, creator and executive producer Chris Coelen just revealed to Variety why they decided to ditch Brittany and Leo. “We have the budget to follow five couples and sometimes we stretch to six couples, and we figure out how to stack our crews,” he explained. Since seven couples got engaged this season (there was just so much love and fake love in the air), one couple simply had to go for budgeting reasons. According to Chris, they make decisions based on which couples seem the most “authentic.” Is he accusing Leo of being inauthentic just because he love-bombed his second choice after having a temper tantrum to his first choice?? How dare he. Chris said that he believed Leo and Brittany were the “least likely” to say “I do,” and that’s that. However, he confirmed that Leo and Brittany will “certainly” be at the reunion. Oh, I can’t wait. Hopefully, we’ll find out more production tea as the contestants get more thirsty for attention.
Are Brittany and Leo still together after Love Is Blind?

No, Brittany and Leo broke up a few weeks after filming. The producers also revealed in their shady slideshow that Brittany and Leo “took their own trip to Miami” but “broke off their engagement weeks later.” Wait, the vainest trust fund baby in Love Is Blind history and the blond with unresolved insecurity issues didn’t work out? How will I ever recover from the shock?
Do Hannah and Leo get together after Love Is Blind?
So far, no, Hannah has stuck with her fiance Nick. Leo tried to torture the poor girl into second-guessing her choice, but ultimately Nick and Hannah made it to Mexico. The happy ending for Nick and Hannah kind of stops there, though. Based on their less-than-lovey-dovey honeymoon in Mexico, where Hannah seems more disappointed with Nick’s appearance and personality than the other way around, Hannah could be back on the market any day now.
