I feel like we’ve been waiting the last 20 Halloweens for the Wicked movie, but at last, this is the final spooky holiday before the part 1 film changes us ~for good~. T-one month until we’re watching Wicked in theaters and sobbing, folks! Personally, I’ve been listening to Ariana Grande’s 2013 “Popular” cover on repeat and belting “Defying Gravity” every shower to prepare for the momentous occasion. Don’t be afraid to dust off your Kristin Chenoweth and/or Ariana Grande impressions! And obviously, teaching your friends how to be popular is a must for this costume. They’ll love that, I’m sure.
Elphaba Wicked Halloween Costume
Like every golden retriever needs a black cat, every Glinda needs her Elphaba. Embrace your misunderstood main character energy and defy gravity for the night in this classic Elphaba fit, complete with a cape and a witch hat. You’re not gonna be able to pull off this costume without covering yourself in green body paint, so I hope you’re ready to fully commit. Cynthia will approve as long as your eyes are not at all covered by the hat. This is very important.
