I regret to inform you that good things to do happen to questionable people. Jeff Bezos’ wedding of a lifetime to Lauren Sanchez (actually, they’ve both been married before) took over the sinking city of Venice on June 27, 2025, because that’s exactly what Italian citizens need right now. In addition to which famous A-listers were Amazon Primed to Italy to scream, “You did it!” (the first time Jeff positively heard that phrase in a long time), the peasants back home were dying to know what dress Lauren Sanchez would be wearing as her bridal best. (And, later on in the evening, because it felt highly unlikely she’d defy the new wedding tradition of multiple outfit changes.) Pics of Lauren’s gown have arrived (much like the affordable toiletries I just had delivered half-off from said overlord because there is no ethical consumption under capitalism), and, well, it feels safe to say the billionaire boss babe did not make this selection from Amazon Fashion. Let’s judge TF out of Lauren Sanchez’s wedding dress because Joan Rivers isn’t here to do it her damn self.
Lauren Sánchez Wedding Looks
Lauren Sánchez Wedding Dress
The pictures of Lauren’s dress should be dropping any minute now, but it’s extremely like the dress is a Dolce & Gabbana design. Vanity Fair predicts it will be D&G, since they spotted Lauren and Jeff at a Dolce store in Milan earlier this year. To make matters more suss, Dolce himself has arrived as a guest in Venice.
Who designed Lauren Sánchez’s wedding dress?
Dolce & Gabbana is the likely guess, but if not, it would make sense if Lauren wore a designer she recently collabed with on the red carpet, like Oscar de la Renta, who dressed her for the Met Gala. Earlier in the week, Lauren wore Schiaparelli and Alexander McQueen, so her gown could also be quite fashion-forward rather than a more traditional pick.
Lauren Sánchez Wedding Outfit
The morning of her wedding, Lauren posed for the papz doing her best Jackie O imitation. The suit skirt set is by Dior, and looks vintage couture.
Who designed Lauren Sánchez’s Welcome Party dress?
Lauren wore Schiaparelli to her opening event (my dream designer and she knows that). It’s admittedly an eye-catching dress, straight off the runway, and has her looking snatched as sin. But is it giving bride? Eh, not so much. The whimsical Italian royalty print is (intentionally) outshone by the metallic bustier. It would’ve taken some top-tier styling to ground this look in wedded bliss. Maybe dainty peals, something far more delicate with the hair, and bridal sandals? Also, a smidge less booby tailoring could’ve helped soften the look too. But it’s certainly a nice dress.
Lauren Sánchez’s Black Wedding Dress
The night before the big affair, Lauren rocked vintage Alexander McQueen. Obviously, McQueen is Bible in the fashion world. This dress, with its diagonal iridescent sequined stripes, is timeless and trendy at the same time. I have to admit, I do like this anti-bride look.
Jeff Bezos’ Wedding Tux
Jeff looks dapper (whatever) but in a practically neoprene tux?? I know he’s sweating (good). Confirmation on the designer is TBD, but Tommy Hilfiger is in attendance, as is DVF. I could see either party, or D&G, having designed this suit.
