Is it just me, or does it feel like we have a “once in a lifetime” eclipse happening every couple of years? Yet, somehow, this total eclipse is different from the 2017 eclipse. NASA says it’s a wider (path), longer (amount of time), and more heightened experience. And, if you’re lucky, there could even be a chance to see a “coronal mass ejection” – a large eruption of solar material – during the eclipse. Damn, get a room, NASA!
Besides being cool to look at (with proper eyewear!!!!), astrologists are saying the eclipse will bring big change. But I’m sure that one friend who joined a coven before it was cool already told you that. If you live along the path of totality, you will see the moon completely block the sun — good for you! If you don’t, you can join the rest of us online as we make funny tweets and memes about the eclipse to make us feel superior.
