After what feels like an eternity, our favorite shit stirrers from the 305 are FINALLY back in action, and I couldn’t be happier!!! Like many GOATs, the Real Housewives of Miami are still the underrated Bravo heroes that we both deserve and need right now. While I’m still recovering from the news that icon, legend, and moment, Dr. Nicole Martin is taking the time she needs before returning to the show. I’m more excited than Adriana in the studio with Emilio Estefan that the rest of the cast, plus some new members, are back to wreak havoc over four-figure steak dinners. I was expecting this season to be all about the demise of Alexia and Todd, but, um, the streets are saying they’re already back together despite a finalized divorce. Yes, these are the chaotic decisions that make them the best thing on TV. So grab your cockys, because here’s the full RHOM season 7 trailer.

What happens in the new RHOM trailer?
The big storylines for the season are Larsa’s breakup with Marcus Jordan and Alexia Nepola’s breakup with her new husband, Todd, whom she just married in 2021.
During season 6, Alexia and Todd went through some pretty intense growing pains in the early years of their marriage as Todd struggled to fill the role of a supportive stepfather to Alexia’s kids, Frankie and Peter. In the trailer, Marysol says, “The Alexia with Todd is not a good Alexia,” so it looks like things did not get better between the pair as they might have hoped! Naturally, this “not good” Alexia is beefing with the new baddie on the block, Stephanie, because, ya know, that’s kind of Alexia’s thing.
In the trailer, Larsa explains to the ladies, “He was sending me threatening text messages,” referring to Marcus, whom she reportedly broke up with back in 2024.
There’s also some tension between Lisa and her tech boo Jody, though the pressure seems to be coming from outside forces worried about how involved Jody is in all of Lisa’s businesses. Meanwhile, Guerdy seems to be facing new health challenges in her cancer journey.
On the lighthearted side, the women appear to take a luxurious cast trip to Seville and Marbella, Spain (!!!), and I’m already laughing about how dramatic Adriana will be about this flamenco dancing.
Is Dr. Nicole in season 7 of RHOM?
Dr. Nicole does appear in at least one early episode of Miami’s seventh season before she decides to take time away from the show to focus on her mental health after her second pregnancy.
Who is the new cast member on season 7 of The Real Housewives of Miami?
Stephanie Shojaee is the new full-time addition to the RHOM cast. As Nicole reveals in the trailer, Stephanie is apparently an ex of Nicole’s husband, Anthony. The Miami native is a real estate developer who describes herself as a “tough” but “delicious” cookie. Okay, well, at least this is a group that likes to eat!
