A little over a month after the Love Island USA season 7 finale aired, this year’s islanders reunited for a super tense convo hosted by the incredible duo, Andy Cohen and Ariana Madix. During the two-hour episode, they dove into serious Huda drama, allegations that Bryan cheated on Amaya, the status of Nicolandria, and of course, WTF went down with the heart rate challenge that had the whole cast so scandalized. I gotta say… Although this season of Love Island USA was incredibly depressing and painful at times, the reunion was decent. I’m satisfied.

When the cast filmed the reunion episode on August 12, Andy teased in an Instagram Story: “Guys, Love Island reunions are no joke. This reunion — it’s good. And everybody’s here.” And he was right except for that last part… Cierra did not make an appearance.

Nicolandria Is Thriving

Nic admitted that there’s “been a lot of pressure” to put a label on their relationship, but he and Olandria are just enjoying dating for now. “We’ve always been believers in taking our time with things and not trying to let outside pressure dictate our relationship,” he said. “We’re going on trips together. We have future dates planned.”

They even gave insight into their sex life… Nic joked, “They call me Big Belgian for a reason,” and Olandria grinned and dished, “It was worth the wait.”

Huda Wouldn’t Speak About Her Relationship For “Legal Reasons”

Huda’s rumored to be dating Perfect Match star Louis Russell, but when asked about her current relationship status, she refused to spill any tea. “I can’t speak about my relationships outside the villa,” she said, adding, “I’m not allowed to speak. It’s Netflix. I’m not allowed to talk about it.”

Bryan Addressed Allegations That He Cheated On Amaya

Ten minutes into the reunion, Andy got right to point: “Bryan there was a video that sparked a lot of rumors about you cheating, partying with other girls,” he said.

Bryan nodded and shared his side of the story. “They’re trying to just throw any hate my way,” he said about the TikTokers speculating. He explained that he got paid to host a party and had a “lapse in judgement” that night. The lapse in judgement in question? “We talked about it,” Bryan said, looking at Amaya. “Pouring shots around, giving the crowd shots, stuff like that.” So no, he did not admit to any cheating.

Amaya chimed in, “I’m not a woman that would be with someone who doesn’t respect me.”

That being said, Bryan and Amaya unfollowed each other on Instagram the day of the reunion, so the status of their relationship is still unclear.

Olandria And Chelley Called Out Huda For “Bullying” Accusation, Allowing Racism

Chelley and Olandria both spoke openly about their issues with Huda. Chelley expressed that she was upset when Huda implied that she was “bullied” by Chelley and others. She noted that the two had a close friendship in the villa, and it felt like there was a switch-up when they left. Huda admitted that “bullied” may have been the wrong word to use, and she said she’s “moved on” from it now.

Olandria opened up about the racism she’s experienced from Huda’s stans. Apparently, she asked Huda to make a post telling her followers to cut it out, and Huda agreed to, but never did. Huda said that she was “dealing with so much” at the time.

Neither Olandria nor Chelley is interested in being friends with Huda again. “I love her to death but that really was a turning point for me,” Olandria said. Chelley added that she wishes Huda well “from a distance.”

Huda And Jeremiah Addressed Her “Toxic” Behavior

Jeremiah called his relationship with Huda “toxic” and said he felt “strange” when she got so pressed about a pancake. He wouldn’t take any accountability for “love-bombing” Huda, but admitted that he did like her “too much, too fast.”

Huda reflected on her controversial behavior during the show, sharing, “There’s definitely things that I should’ve worked on and that’s those things that I’m addressing in my life now. The thing is that you learn from those mistakes and you work toward being a better person.”

Jeremiah And Bella-A Revealed If They’re Dating

Jeremiah and Belle-A sparked dating rumors when fans clocked that they were hanging out at the same house. But during the reunion, Belle-A clarified that she’s single and looking to “choose myself first” for now. “That’s where my mind is at,” she said. “It’s time for Bella. Not Bella and somebody else. It’s just me.” Jeremiah and Belle-A are just “besties.”

What Really Happened During The Heart Rate Challenge

The unedited version of the heart rate challenge reveals that Huda licked Ace’s crotch and then twerked in his face. Yup… pretty intense. Zak even called it “soft porn.”

“I think I took it a step too far,” Huda admitted during the reunion. “I do apologize if I made anyone feel uncomfortable. Everything was consensual, there were no limitations, and we all made that very clear at the beginning of the challenge.”

Chelley explained why her feelings were so hurt. “When you do certain challenges, it’s with intention because you’re interested in a person,” she said. “To my knowledge, you didn’t have any interest in Ace, so to go as far as that, me being your friend, I think my reasons were very justified.”
