I called it: 2025 is officially The Year of Addison Rae. We’re starting off super strong with an INCREDIBLE Rolling Stone cover and profile. In this wide-ranging cover story, the budding Main Pop Girl opens up about TikTok stardom, her music career, acting projects, and even her famous past relationship with fellow TikTok titan Bryce Hall (possibly the most insufferable man alive). Addison and Bryce dated from 2019 to 2021, and they split amid rumors that Bryce cheated on the “Diet Pepsi” singer. At the time, Bryce denied the rumors point-blank — no surprise there — but Addison’s side of the story sounds a little different. (Considering Bryce is a MAGA fanatic x manisphere main character these days, I’m more inclined to believe Addison, but that’s just me!)
So, did Bryce Hall actually cheat on Addison Rae in 2021? Here’s what she revealed to Rolling Stone.
Addison Rae Rolling Stone Interview: Bryce Hall Comments
Did Bryce Hall Cheat On Addison Rae?
While speaking with the music magazine, Addison reflected that she’s “very guarded” when it comes to romantic relationships. “My first public relationship taught me a lot about myself,” she shared, referring to Bryce. She added, “I think he cheated on me. He says he didn’t.” Tea!! I love her so much for this random but extremely necessary exposure.
Addison told Rolling Stone that their breakup was a “shit show.” She recalled, “He was very vocal about everything, and it was a mess.” And yet, she somehow managed to give him a compliment, too. “I believe there’s good in everyone, so I like to think there’s a good part of him,” she mused. “We were really young.” IDK, after seeing photos of this goon at the conservative influencer party for Trump’s inauguration, I’m not sure I’m seeing a ~good part~ of him.
This is the first time Addison directly addressed the cheating rumors, which began circulating after Bryce’s February 2021 Las Vegas trip. After that wave of online speculation started, Bryce bluntly responded on Twitter, writing: “I didn’t cheat on Addison.” During a March 2021 appearance on the BFFs podcast, he claimed that he was the one who ended their relationship. “I’ll be honest,” the influencer said on the show. “I ended it.” Regarding the cheating rumors, Bryce added, “I don’t even know why it’s still a thing because I’ve already said it’s a lie.” Mhmmm, I’m sure.
Although Addison was not nearly as vocal about the split back then, she did share a cryptic message on her IG Story that month. “I love y’all and am always so grateful for the kind words and support you show me,” she wrote. “Sharing my life with y’all makes me happy, but some things I choose to handle offline. When and if I want to share, I will make that decision. Thank you again for all the love and support. Hate is never the answer.”
I’m sure Bryce will be making a trillion TikToks about these new Rolling Stone comments, and I won’t see any of them ’cause he’s blocked <3.
