I was minding my own business, scrolling TikTok at 2AM this morning (as you do when the 3rd trimester insomnia hits) when Sofia Richie’s pregnancy essentials video landed on my FYP. My first thought was shrouded in envy as my double chins stared down at my phone, “How TF does she look that good at 7 months pregnant?” But, TBH, I was actually pleasantly surprised after watching because I was able to add most of her must-have pregnancy products to my Amazon shopping cart immediately and *actually* afford them???

Once you hit the waddle stage of pregnancy, you’ll do legit anything to help alleviate some of the symptoms…or better yet, get more than 2 hours of sleep. And considering just how much magnesium Sofia is consuming, I think she’s on to something. I know I’m supposed to love my stretch marks and all but that doesn’t mean I want to do nothing about them….Hearing Sofia essentially validate my feelings made me like her even more (as if that were possible). She mentions that her doctor suggested Bumpology Bump Butter and she layers Hatch Mama Belly oil on top. So, naturally, I also purchased both to help give me peace of mind for the last 10 weeks of pregnancy. Truth be told, I’ve already been using the Hatch Mama Belly Oil and it’s *chefs kiss.* I know you’re rolling your eyes at the price tag but one bottle has lasted my entire pregnancy so it’ 100% worth it.

Sofia goes on in the video admitting to the fact that she’s had a really hard time sleeping but has found a few ~calming~ products that have helped her along the way and it’s giving “sleepy girl mocktail” but in supplement form. Listen, if you’re in your 3rd trimester you’re pretty desperate to get some shut eye so, like I said, I added everything to my Amazon cart immediately. Although, to be fair, I skipped the Erewhon label for Nature Made (it wouldn’t be a celebrity TikTok without at least one mention of the bougie grocery store, now would it?).

Sofia brings out her pregnancy pillow which, if you’ve ever been pregnant, you know all too well the special bond obsession you have with finding just the right one —it’s literally like you’re fucking Goldilocks looking for the right porridge. Believe it or not, hers isn’t made of gold and you can buy it on Amazon…I’ll take two!!! (because inevitably your partner will steal yours at some point in the 9 months you have it).
If growing a legit human doesn’t give you an excuse to treat and/or pamper yourself, when else is?
Love that Sofia gets real about the fact she’s still going strong on her beauty routine. I mean, just look at her — again, me and my hormonal acne are jealous AF. She recommends a true mix of high and low products and is transparent about the price point of her beloved laser (maybe a good push present?! LOL). Not going to lie, I am fully stocking up on the hand sani and the blotting papers….because why am I ALWAYS oily???
