Avery Cyrus' Dating History Is Truly A Wild Ride

If you’re also perpetually on JoJo Siwa and Avery Cyrus TikTok for no good reason, I’m deeply sorry. I feel like we’re entitled to some kind of compensation cause my For You’s literally forcing it on me. It’s not like I’m actively choosing to see Disney adults go on their Disney adventures and then use their Disney drama to get millions of views… I just can’t seem to look away once the videos start, which I realize is one of my fatal flaws. Sigh. We all have our private guilty pleasures. As JoJo once said herself, “It never happened. It was a secret.”

We’ve all been familiar with JoJo for the past 65 years or so (it feels like) because of Dance Moms and smash singles like “Boomerang” and “I Can Make U Dance.” But this Avery influencer character seemingly came out of nowhere — and no, she’s not related to Miley. On TikTok, the social media star posts cooking, crafting, thirst trap and relationship videos and her content is strangely mesmerizing. Admittedly, I’m most intrigued by her fascinating romantic drama and I think that goes for all of us. So, let’s dive into Avery’s insane dating history.

Avery Cyrus’ Dating History

Soph Mosca

Avery was in a serious relationship with fellow TikToker Soph Mosca from 2020 to 2022, and they posted lots of content about their romance throughout. In a notes app Instagram story about their breakup (a must!), Avery shared, “We both just want to focus on ourselves right now and I’m hopeful that one day we may find our way back to each other. I still love her very much.”

Just before Avery and Soph split, Soph was diagnosed with diabetes, and then after they broke up, Avery moved on to JoJo very quickly. So at the time, the TikTok community was understandably not pleased with Avery and most people declared themselves Team Soph.

JoJo Siwa

This is Messy Central. Shortly after Avery and Soph called things off, Avery started hanging out with now-Bad Girl JoJo. The TikToker started dressing more similarly to JoJo (super colorful and, um, youthful), they posted together all the time, and they famously took a trip to Disney World, which really couldn’t have been more on brand. But alas, their relationship only lasted three months and the breakup was extremely chaotic.

After their split, JoJo claimed she got “fucking played” and that Avery used her for “views and clout.” She also spilled gallons of Avery tea during her Call Her Daddy appearance. “There has been a lot that went down that if this microphone wasn’t on, I would tell you what she did, what she told me anonymously, but I had to have my security team handle it,” JoJo told host Alex Cooper. She claimed that she got a “really, really, really fucked up” message, and her security team traced it back to Avery. The Dance Moms alum added, “It built a trauma that I didn’t even know I have.” Yikes.

In a recent TikTok, Avery stitched an interview clip of JoJo saying that she’ll never talk to one of her exes again. Avery jokingly made the sign of the cross and said, “Thank you, God.” Yeah, these two are not in a great place.
