There’s nothing I love more than seeing one of my single sisters leave the streets for the right man. Though I think her performance as a Housewife is still too all over the place to categorize, Ubah Hassan is clearly a major catch so it would sense she landed a major fish. At the end of the RHONY reboot season one finale, the secret identity of Ubah’s man was a major point of contention. The group’s very own Carrie Bradshaw, Brynn, spilled the beans in front of everyone that Ubah was off the market which resulted in Sai screaming/crying/throwing up about the situation since she was the one who snitched to Brynn in confidence. Now back for their sophomore season, Ubah seems a lot more comfortable chatting about her new love and their v serious plans for the future. Ubah is in a relationship with Investment Banker, Oliver Dachsel. Oliver is German and even served in the German Federal Armed Forces as a mountain ranger, according to his LinkedIn. He attended Columbia Business School and also has multiple philanthropic pursuits. I’m sorry, Oliver is wealthy, disciplined, and humble? Sooo, he’s basically a real-life Mr. Right. Good for Ubah!

Ubah and Oliver were just becoming an item right before season 14 of The Real Housewives of New York was beginning to film in the fall of 2022 (which is why she was so cagey about talking about him on camera). This means the couple has been together for over two years as of October 2024, as confirmed by Ubah to People. The couple first appeared together publicly on an October 2023 red carpet for an American Ballet Theatre Gala. Does it get any more chic than that?

Wild speculation about a woman’s pregnancy is a forever no-no, but Ubah herself made it known during the RHONY season 15 premiere that she and Oliver were planning to start trying in October or November of 2024. This timing doesn’t line up with the secret pregnancy teased in the trailer, but hey, anything is possible. We don’t know if she’s pregnant or not, but we do know if age makes natural conception difficult Ubah and Oliver are open to adoption. Sounds healthy AF to me and I wish them the best with raising model babies, if and when they choose to make it happen.
