Much like Leo from Love is Blind season 7, Jennifer’s husband, Cooke, is a nepo baby in the art dealing world. (I guess being a cook would be too on the nose.) His father, James, was apparently an art dealer and oversaw American paintings at Christie’s auction house. Following in his dad’s footsteps, Cooke is the Director-At-Large of Gladstone Gallery, which “specializes in modern and contemporary art” and has locations in New York, Brussels, and Seoul. Before joining Gladstone, Cooke worked at the Gagosian gallery network. Sadly, he does not have a public Insta account for us to stalk.
He and Jennifer met in early 2018 and got engaged after less than a year of dating. “He’s just the best person I’ve ever met in my whole life,” Jennifer told Entertainment Tonight after Cooke’s proposal. “It was a very, very easy decision.” They tied the knot at the Belcourt of Newport mansion in Rhode Island in 2019. Emma Stone and Adele were invited, but weirdly, I was not.
J. Law and Cooke are already parents — they welcomed their son, Cy, back in February 2022. Although Jennifer initially doubted that she would love her baby more than her cat (valid), she realized that that was the case after giving birth. “My heart has stretched to a capacity that I didn’t know about,” the actress reflected during a September 2022 interview with Vogue, adding, “I include my husband in that.” Aww.

And as we know, the Hunger Games queen is officially expecting again! On October 20, a rep for Jennifer and Cooke confirmed that baby No. 2 is on the way. The news comes after Jennifer was spotted rocking a slightly visible baby bump when she stepped out to dinner in Los Angeles. Mazel tov to this icon and her partially Leo-coded husband!
