Child of the World, Dorit Kemsley, is not playing around when it comes to season 14 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The bathing suit designer turned designer-wearing SAHM has been historically open about her fallout with PK in the first episode alone (take notes, Kyle!). In addition to issues surrounding Paul Kemsley’s arrest on suspicion of DUI, Dorit has also been very vulnerable about her struggles after her traumatic home robbery in 2021. The details of the attack have been a topic of discussion amongst the cast ever since, including the fact that $1 million of luxury assets were taken from the Kemsleys. According to estimates made by Celebrity Net Worth, Dorit Kemsley is worth as much as 50 million buckaroos. Pause for gasps, as that is twice the net worth of RHOSLC’s resident tech CEO hubby, Todd Bradley, and over 10 times as much as worm with a mustache, Tom Sandoval. Is this a good time to remind everyone that net worths are estimated assumptions of all of a person’s assets and bankability, not literal money in the bank? Feels like yes.

A 2022 Instagram post about the RHOBH cast’s salaries claimed that Dorit earned $100,000 for season 12 (less than a fourth of what the rumored report claimed her cast mate and ex-bestie Kyle Richards was making). Speak of the devil, Kyle commented under the post “Where do they come up with this?” so take those numbers with all of the grains of salt on a carcass-out-cocktail’s rim.

According to reporting in The Sun, after missed mortgage payments, Dorit and PK’s six-bedroom Encino mansion is at risk of foreclosure. The report alleges the home’s finances have been unpaid for four months but the foreclosure process has not formally begun. Files obtained by The Sun from the Los Angeles County registrar show the notice of default was established on October 16, 2024. This money conundrum takes place after Dorit and PK’s separation announcement in March.

PK wrapped up a highly publicized lawsuit with Bellagio beginning in 2013 over a $3 million gambling debt in 2019. Following the legal action, PK claimed bankruptcy in the UK in 2012 due to serious struggles with his real estate business tied to the 2008 financial crash. PK and The Bellagio were able to come to a settlement which got the claims dismissed before trial. Reports dating back to as early as 2021 have alleged PK owes hundreds of thousands of unpaid taxes citing US government records.

In the 10 years since the bankruptcy and moving to the US, PK has become a talent manager including entertainers such as Boy George (duh), his wife Dorit, and soccer superstar Pelé. He also has gotten back into UK real estate recently.

Yes, Dorit and PK are currently suing an insurance company over unpaid repairs for water damage at their Encino house, according to RADAR Online. Their lawsuit alleged that an unnamed person accidentally left the water running in her daughter Phoenix’s bathroom, which caused serious flooding on the first floor. In response, PK and Dorit’s lawsuit is demanding compensation from their insurance company, Lloyd’s, and contracted third parties. Safe to say, Boy George no longer lives there.
