One of my 2025 pop culture predictions is that Tom Holland and Zendaya will get engaged (if they aren’t already), and after Tom’s latest comments about his iconic GF, I feel even more confident about this theory. During a recent interview with Men’s Health, the Spider-Man star, who mostly keeps his personal life private, opened up about his relationship. Although he’s clearly the most supportive BF on the planet and attends many of Zendaya’s premieres, Tom shared why he doesn’t usually pose with her on red carpets. And no — it’s not the height difference, you shallow, shallow people. It’s actually the most ~man written by a woman~ answer you could imagine, which is on brand for this short king.

Why Don’t Tom Holland And Zendaya Pose On Red Carpets Together?
You’ve probably noticed that Tom and Zendaya haven’t walked a red carpet together in a long time. In fact, Tomdaya’s last joint red carpet appearance was for the last movie they worked on together, which was 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home. The actors have both had several (fantastic) movies come out since then, so why TF do we never see them on red carpets together? Well, Tom told Men’s Health that he avoids posing with Zendaya at premieres “because it’s not my moment, it’s her moment, and if we go together, it’s about us.” You can’t convince me he’s real. I’ve literally never heard a straight man talk like this.

I do have a feeling these two will be walking red carpets together soon — perhaps in 2026 — for their upcoming joint projects, Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey and Spider-Man 4. So we can all look forward to that, thank god.
The red carpet comment isn’t the only amazing moment in the interview. The actor revealed that he and Zendaya have two dogs now, and they’re named Noon and Daphne. This makes so much sense… they both give dog parent energy. Tom also opened up about his plans to become a father, sharing, “When I have kids, you will not see me in movies anymore. [It’ll just be] golf and dad. And I will just disappear off the face of the earth.” Okay, I have mixed feelings about this. I definitely don’t want Tom to “disappear.” However, if he and Zendaya have kids, they will automatically be my new favorite nepo babies. (Sorry, Dakota Johnson and Lily-Rose Depp.)
