On the spectrum of girlhood, I would consider Valentine’s Day the queen of feminine holidays — because who are we kidding, the holiday isn’t about love and romance it’s about putting on a cute Valentine’s Day outfit (for me, and no one else) and shopping for the best gifts in the Anthropologie Valentine’s Day collection (again, for me). I mean, have you seen their new arrivals? It’s as if someone said, “Bragging rights for whoever can create the best V-day set up for the girlies” and Anthro responded, “Hold my beer.”
IDK about you, but I feel strongly that Valentine’s Day is for the girls. So, yes, I am going decorate with cutie little Valentine’s Day home decor (inclusive of the TikTok famous juice glasses) and throw a silly little party where we partake in silly little treats because why the hell not?
