It took roughly 10 seconds of a singular Prime Video ad to convince me to watch the unhinged masterpiece that is My Fault: London. I would like to personally thank that TikTok ad because wow. This film is precisely the dark, insane, British x American teen drama content we needed right now. I’m still reeling from the intense chemistry and that heart attack-inducing ending, and I’m fully committed to stanning both Matthew Broome and Asha Banks. (If you’ve been wondering about Matthew’s relationship status, you’re not alone. Can confirm.)

It’s clear to me that we need more of Nick and Noah’s story, ASAP. After all, there’s still a major conflict that needs to be solved at the end of this movie… ya know, the whole incesty aspect of this romance! Lol. (Why is incest low-key having a pop culture moment right now?) Soo, is there gonna be a My Fault: London sequel? Fortunately for you, I investigated and discovered some delightful news.

Get excited, folks… It’s happening!! On May 7, Prime Video confirmed that we’re getting two sequels to complete the U.K. trilogy. According to Deadline, production on the first sequel will begin this month.

If you didn’t know, My Fault: London is actually a remake of the Spanish-language film, Culpa Mía, which is based on the Culpables book trilogy by Mercedes Ron. Culpa Mía, starring Nicole Wallace and Gabriel Guevara, was released on Prime Video back in June 2023. It was a huge hit and there’s already been a sequel, Culpa Tuya. Plus, the third installment of the Spanish-language franchise is coming this year.

Considering there are three books in the series and three Spanish-language movie adaptations, it’s no surprise that there will be two more films following My Fault: London. And one of the directors, Dani Girdwood, had already kind of hinted at a sequel to Deadline. “No spoilers, but at the end of the movie, it does feel like Nick and Noah’s story isn’t quite finished, so hopefully,” she teased.

Asha also previously expressed her interest in playing Noah again. “Absolutely, I’d love to do that!” the actress told The Hollywood Reporter about a possible sequel in February. “That would be an absolute dream. Hopefully, if it goes down well, if people want to see more, I hope that that happens.” I think I speak for all 25-year-old teens and all actual teens when I say this: The people want to see more.

In the second book and the second Spanish movie, Nick and Noah continue to navigate their complicated relationship, but the circumstances are different this time around; Nick’s working at his dad’s law firm and Noah’s off at college. In Your Fault: London, we’ll see Asha and Matthew back as Noah and Nick, and I’m sure Eve Macklin and Ray Fearon would return to play Noah’s mom and Nick’s dad, respectively.
