Guardian angel, if you’re listening, 10 more episodes of the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives would definitely HEAL ME rn. Season 2 “finished” off (putting in finish in quotes because that’s called manifesting!) with a mega plot twist about Jessi, and I have thought about very little otherwise since. Do I believe the words of a Vanderpump Villa reject as Bible? Well, I’m no Vegas fangirl like Marciano, but taking his word for basically anything seems like an ill advised bet. Still, I need Jessi and all 67 of her hair extensions to explain in extensive detail what the helly actually went down from her side of the street. So, I’m asking for the good of mankind: is Secret Lives of Mormon Wives season 2 getting more episodes?

There are currently 10 episodes in season 2 of Secret Lives, but there could be more coming! What’s my evidence? Well, when MomTok got the green light after season 1, Hulu locked them in for 20 more episodes. Everyone assumed there would be 10 for a season 2 and 10 for a season 3, but nowhere in the fine print does it say that they have to only do 10 episodes per season! That means, only if we’re lucky, we could be getting 10 more episodes before the fall!

I’m choosing to run with this conspiracy theory, supported by my fellow pop culture-deprived Redditors, because in the final moments of season 2, they show a full-on trailer for more episodes. I know, I know, they showed a teaser at the end of season 1, too. But season 2’s scenes don’t just look like spicy footage… they look like fully edited clips, filmed at the same time that the women filmed the rest of season 2.
Why would Hulu hold onto footage from the fall 2024 production run, only to air it in 2026 for a season 3, when they’ll surely be restarting filming this fall, of 2025? Only to hurt me, that’s why! I refuse to believe they’ve filmed and edited tea that is so piping hot it’s about to unfold on social media anyway, so IDK, give it a few weeks, reality freaks. SLOMW is Hulu’s most-watched unscripted show ever, and raked in 5 million views, outpacing season 1, in its season 2 premiere weekend. Hulu, get in the game, while the getting is good!
