Mila Kunis And Ashton Kutcher Divorce Rumors, Explained
Are Mila Kunis And Ashton Kutcher Getting Divorced?
Rumors are circulating online about a potential split between Mila and Ashton. A bunch of TikTokers spreading the rumor are anticipating that there will be issues in Mila and Ashton’s marriage because of the ongoing Diddy scandal. Some people noticed that Ashton and Mila went on separate outings on September 20, but this was realistically just because they were taking their kids to different activities, not because of any marriage troubles. A few TikTokers have also suggested that Mila moved out of their home, but there’s no evidence to suggest this is true. Mila and Ashton have not yet responded to the (unfounded) speculation.
What Is Ashton Kutcher’s Connection To Diddy?
Although it’s unclear where exactly they stand today, Ashton and Diddy have had a decades-long friendship. They met back in the early 2000s when they both had shows on MTV — Ashton was working on Punk’d and Diddy was working on Making the Band. “Our relationship is really bizarre,” Ashton said about Diddy during a resurfaced 2019 appearance on Hot Ones. “It started over Punk’d because he was like, ‘Yo, you can’t punk me!’ I was like, “I don’t know what to tell you, everybody is on the table.’ We became fast friends and we used to just hang out, watch football together.”
They also used to party together, and that’s where things get messy: During that same Hot Ones appearance, host Sean Evans asked Ashton for a story about one of Diddy’s famous parties. “I’ve got a lot I can’t tell,” the actor said. He paused to think before continuing, “Can’t tell that one either. … I’m actually cycling through them. Diddy party stories, man, that was some weird memory lane thing.”
On September 17, Diddy was indicted on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. According to the indictment, the rapper was accused of abusing women and coercing them to “[fulfill] his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct.” He also allegedly organized “Freak Offs,” which were essentially “elaborate and produced sex performances.”
In a statement in December, Diddy called the allegations “sickening” and said, “Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.” Diddy pleaded not guilty on September 17 and was denied bail by a New York judge.
