There are all kinds of age-gap celebrity couples, and then there are some serious age-gap couples. Bill Belichick and his girlfriend Jordon Hudson fall into that latter category, with almost 50 years between the 73-year-old NFL coach and his 24-year-old girlfriend. But, be careful about asking too many questions about their romance. Jordon is taking charge and shutting down any convos about them.

In an April 27 episode of CBS Sunday Morning, Bill was a guest to promote his new book, The Art of Winning: Lessons from a Life in Football. Bill was interviewed, but Jordon hovered on the sidelines the whole time (kinda like a football coach on the field, one might say). When Bill was asked how he and Jordon met, Jordon jumped in before Bill could even attempt to answer it. “We’re not talking about this,” she shouted from off camera.

The whole thing was awkward and honestly raised a lot more questions than there would have been if Bill could have just answered the question. But let’s try to parse out the situation ourselves, staring with everything we know about Bill Bilichick’s girlfriend Jordon Hudson.

How Did Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson Meet?

So even though Jordon wouldn’t let Bill talk about how they met on CBS Sunday Morning, we do have a little intel about the first time they met. According to TMZ, they met in 2021 when seated next to each other on a flight from Boston to Florida. Jordon was in college at Bridgewater State University at the time and was catching up on a little studying with a philosophy textbook. Apparently, Bill leaned over to ask about Jordon’s reading and after they chatted a bit, he signed her textbook — along with a not-so-humble braggy list of his Super Bowl wins.

Fast forward to 2023, and Bill had broken up with his longtime girlfriend Linda Holliday. Then in March 2024, Bill was spotted with “a mystery brunette” who was almost definitely Jordon. Finally in December 2024, Bill and Jordon made their public debut together on the red carpet for The Museum Gala at the American Museum of Natural History in New York.

Who Is Jordon Hudson?

Jordon graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2022 with a degree in philosophy, and before that she studied at cosmetology school. According to her LinkedIn profile, she’s the CEO and founder of Trouble Club Enterprises. It’s unclear exactly what Trouble Club does, since the link to their website is password-protected, but maybe she’ll be letting more members in the club soon.

She’s also a pageant queen and is going to be competing this year for the title of Miss Maine in the Miss USA competition. She posted about the competition on her Instagram, along with a sunshine-filled post the same day as the ill-fated CBS Sunday Morning interview. That post — which has the caption, “Lots o’ daffs & laffs 🌼💛☀️” — seemed to be Jordon’s version of the backlash she got from her viral interview shut-down. In the IG carousel, she seems unbothered, mostly smiling at flowers and hanging out at home in the sun in Nantucket. Whatever works for her.
