We’re all well aware that in Hollywood, getting cosmetic procedures is basically as common as getting a $7 latte. (Just ask Gypsy Rose Blanchard!) But unfortunately, many reality icons, actors, and pop stars like to pretend that their shockingly youthful appearances are just excellent genes or a miracle. I get why they don’t all feel like discussing their procedures, but it’s annoying, because then we all compare ourselves to them and feel shitty.
Thank goodness for our candid, for-the-girls goddess, Ariana Madix. The reality queen just finished hosting season 6 of Love Island U.S.A., and I swear she was glowing in every single episode. That face card has certainly never declined. When a beauty influencer made a video speculating about the work Ariana’s had done on her face, the Vanderpump Rules star generously left a comment detailing her entire cosmetic enhancement journey. So, there are no secrets when it comes to Ariana’s gorgeous face! Here’s everything Ariana Madix has done to her face so far.
On June 30, aesthetician and beauty blogger Molly Bailey (@baileysbotox on Instagram) posted a video sharing her theories about the work Ariana’s had done. She guessed that the Vanderpump Rules star had invested in filler, Botox, liposuction, jawline contouring, and Blepharoplasty, a type of eyelid surgery. “Personally, I think she’s never looked better,” Molly wrote in her caption.
Ariana stumbled upon the video on July 18 and clarified what she’s actually had done in the comments section. “I’ll tell you what I’ve had!” she said. The Love Island host confirmed that she’s had Botox injections in her “11’s” (which apparently means between her eyebrows) and also around her “outer brow” and neck. She revealed that Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Gregory P. Mueller had the honor of performing her MyEllevate neck procedure back in 2019. Ariana noted that she’s had “minimal” lip filler, chin filler, and “absolutely no filler anywhere else.” She also clarified that she has not had a Blepharoplasty “yet.”

At the end of her comment, Ariana included two heart emojis and wrote, “Hope this helps! I’ll keep y’all posted if I do anything else.”
Ariana celebrated her 39th birthday on June 24, and I have to agree with Molly on one thing — the reality star has never looked better. A perfect face, a super successful Love Island gig, and now on her way back to star in Chicago on Broadway for another month… I aspire to be this level of thriving.
