Welp, it appears Billie Eilish and Nat Wolff are definitely more than friends! On June 8, Deuxmoi shared photos of them sharing a very romantic, couple-y moment in Venice, Italy. The “Birds of a Feather” singer and the Paper Towns actor were seen sipping champagne and sharing a kiss on a balcony while Billie captured the moment with her digital camera. How do I apply for this life? (Needless to say, the biphobia/queerbaiting/why-during-pride-month discourse has already begun on X and TikTok. I’m exhausted.)
Billie and Nat have been close for years, and fans have long speculated that their friendship might’ve evolved into something more. Plus, Billie’s been known to date older male musicians (*cough* Jesse Rutherford) in the past. So yeah, I can’t say I’m shocked by these new photos of her and the former Naked Brothers Band member. But are Billie Eilish and Nat Wolff officially dating now? Here’s what we know about their relationship so far.
Honestly, the whole ~champagne and photo shoot on a Venice balcony~ thing does scream “official couple” to me. And this isn’t the first time Billie and Nat have spent quality time together recently. Back in March, they were spotted leaving the iHeart Radio Music Awards together. Shortly after that, they attended the Broadway show Vanya together and reportedly seemed “very affectionate” while hopping around gay bars afterward.
And oh, yeah… Nat starred in Billie’s June 2024 “Chihiro” music video, and at the time, Billie said they were portraying an “inescapable connection.” The foreshadowing! Nat and his brother, Alex Wolff, also opened for Billie on her HIT ME HARD AND SOFT tour that year. “So pumped to announce that we will be on tour with our friend, who happens to be the brilliant BILLIE EILISH!!” Nat wrote in his enthusiastic announcement post on Instagram. Billie commented, “Favorite boys in the world.”

In October 2024, Alex explained to Variety that he and Nat initially connected with Billie over their shared experience with Tourette’s, a neurological condition that causes tics. “I think we all have bonded over that,” Alex reflected. “We know all the ways that we try to mute ourselves or try and chill ourselves out or soften ourselves for other people and how nice it is to not have to do that for certain people.”
Despite the new Venice photos, Billie and Nat haven’t responded to the dating rumors or confirmed a romantic relationship yet. Back in 2020, Billie explained that she prefers to keep her love life out of the spotlight. “I definitely want to keep [my relationships] private,” she told Billboard. “I’ve had relationships and kept them private, and even the ones that I’ve had, with the tiny amount that I’ve let the world see, I regret.” We’ll have to wait and see if she decides to open up about her relationship with Nat.
