Trevor Noah is returning as Grammys host tonight for the fifth year in a row, and thank goodness for that. The former Daily Show host is the king of tasteful jokes that make us all (even uptight celebs) giggle, and don’t get him canceled. Seems like he’s sticking with this tried and true brand tonight!
In an interview with Variety ahead of the 2024 Grammys, the TV personality explained why hosting the award show can be intimidating. “I know this sounds like a weird thing to say, but you don’t want to disappoint the artists that you love,” he said. “Like, I cannot imagine what it would be like to tell a joke and turn and see Beyonce going [shakes his head and scowls].” Yeah, I would certainly never recover from that. Trevor stressed, “I do not wish for that experience. So I work twice as hard.” We love to see it.
I adore Trevor and pop girlies, so this is a very sacred night for me. A religious holiday, if you will. Naturally, I’ll be spending the evening judging red carpet looks, performances, and Trevor’s jokes. Please enjoy my ranking of Trevor Noah’s best jokes at the 2025 Grammys.
