Travis Kelce Had A Lot To Say About The Eras Tour On His Podcast

Although the Eras Tour changed Taylor Swift’s life and the lives of Swifties all over the world, it probably changed Travis Kelce’s life the most. Think about it… Pre-Eras Tour, my guy was some obscure ~best tight end in the NFL~ dude only known by the straight male community. Personally, I’d never heard the name in my life. But bringing a friendship bracelet to an Arrowhead Stadium show in July 2023 and yapping about his Taylor crush on his podcast really changed the game for Travis. Now that Taylor “put him on the map” so to speak, girls and gays everywhere obsess over his silly little football podcast and his fun outfits. These days, Travis is basically married, he’s one of the most famous men in the world, he’s getting TV and acting gigs left and right, and he even has two songs written about him. It’s no surprise he has a lot to say about the tour following the very last show. And of course, he gave his review on his podcast, New Heights. Read on to see what Travis Kelce said about the end of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour!

Travis Kelce Talking About The End Of Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour

What Did Travis Kelce Say About The Eras Tour?

During a December 11 episode of New Heights, the tight end gushed about Taylor and the Eras Tour. “Shoutout to Tay,” he started. “The unbelievable Eras Tour has finally come to an end.” When his brother and cohost, Jason Kelce, asked how many shows total there were, Travis responded that there were either 149 or 152 (it indeed was 149, so half a point for that answer). “A fuck ton is kind of how I sum it up,” he told Jason. That works too. “It’s insane. Absolutely insane. Over 10 million people in the stands over the course of it, like cumulatively. It’s pretty crazy.”

The Chiefs star congratulated “everybody that was a part of that show.” He mused, “Obviously, it’s her music, her tour and everything but that was a full production, man. It was the best tour in the world because of a lot of people.” Travis added a cheeky, “And mostly because of Taylor.” Aww. I’m awarding him second best pop star BF of the year after Olivia Rodrigo’s man, Louis Partridge. (“So American” is superior to “So High School” and “The Alchemy” so I currently have more faith in Louis’ muse potential.)

As you probably know, Travis made it to more than a dozen Eras Tour shows and you could always count on him to go crazy during the 1989 era and blush during “So High School.” He even performed in a show that one time! At the June 23 concert in London, Travis appeared on stage during the Tortured Poets era and “revived” Taylor pre-“I Can Do It With a Broken Heart.” Plus, he got all those iconic “Karma is the guy on the Chiefs” shoutouts.

Travis, congratulations on becoming a main character this era.
