It may not have lived up to the glory days, but this season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta was golden for so many reasons. The long-awaited return of Porsha Williams, some 10/10 new casting decisions paying off (to make up for other less fruitful picks), Shamea serving us opulence and a rich husband that isn’t tied to financial crimes, plus a healthy dose of Phae Phae shenanigans?! Yep, I’m sat. That was until the season 16 reunion looks made me fall out of my chair like it was coated in jab-jab oil. Well, this is a hard no for me. I’m usually a huge fan of a sexy feather, but why do these ones look like they were plucked straight off of Iago’s back? On a positive note, Drew’s hair looks nice! Do we think it’s a loaner from Go Naked?
Phaedra
I mean, it’s certainly giving goddess! But wayyyy too literally. Ms. Parks looks nothing close to 51, so I understand why she wants to show the world she could be cast as an extra in that Beyoncé, Pink, Britney Spears Pepi commercial. But I wish she wrapped her bangin bod in an exquisite garment, not this costumey choice.

Phaedra’s Grenadian-inspired illusion bodice and sarong were designed by Le Than Hoa. TBH, I love some of their other fashions from what I can see on Instagram! Maybe they can team up again and get it right on the next one.

The concept of this gown is cute and loud, just like Kelli! I do love the sheen and tone. But the florals could stand to be a little more sophisticated. Like if Kelli saves this dress, one of her daughters will absolutely slay at prom one day.

50 Cynt’s pretty butter yellow number is without question the safest option of the bunch. Hey, if my face card went that hard, I’d probably phone it in for my first reunion as a friend of, too.
Shamea
When I say level up your florals, this is exactly what I mean. The pattern is so playful yet powerful, and Shamea (who def needs to get herself a HUGE break about her post-partum body) looks incredible. Shamea and a bob just feels right.
Angela
Okay, Mrs. Oakely, with the refined elegance. Angela looks hot as hell here (I’m sure that fine is just out of frame). I’m also obsessed with the barely there shoe choice.
Porsha Williams
Holy Gladiator, this is fantastic. The bodice is giving yassified C3P0 while the bottom is totally Met Gala approved. Body is tea, hair is laid, I mean, how could I have any notes??
