As I anxiously await OR3 (Olivia Rodrigo’s third album), I’m more than happy to distract myself with this award-worthy Nobody Wants This season 2 soundtrack. In addition to new episodes of my favorite Netflix rom-com show, we just got new music from Selena Gomez, Role Model, Kacey Musgraves, Finneas, and more top-tier artists. It genuinely feels like a holiday for us fangirls.
The new tunes on this elite soundtrack range from upbeat bops that make you wanna dance in your kitchen to gentle ballads that might just make you shed a tear. I’m so hyped to binge the new season tonight and tomorrow and see how the music fits into the story!
You need to listen to the entire soundtrack ASAP, but just for fun, here are my personal favorite Nobody Wants This season 2 songs. (One thing about me is I will never miss a chance to give my mother, Selena Gomez, her flowers.)
Selena Gomez – “In The Dark”

Selena Gomez is casually serving one of her best vocal performances ever in this playful, dance pop banger. (And going above and beyond with a fun music video!) It’s already the end of October and yet, I have a feeling this song will appear in my Spotify Wrapped.
Role Model – “Saddle Again”
After taking over the world with “Sally (When the Wine Runs Out),” Role Model’s back with another country-infused pop hit, and I’m swaying and tapping my feet over here!

Kacey Musgraves – “If the World Burns Down”
The Nobody Wants This season 2 soundtrack wouldn’t be complete without this soft, hauntingly beautiful love song from Queen Kacey. As we all know, the woman is incapable of releasing a less-than-perfect song.
Finneas – “Palomino”

Even with his new project, The Favors, and his recent engagement, Finneas still found time to gift us this soothing guitar riff paired with warm-hug vocals. I’m obsessed and will be streaming on my fall walks.
