The naked outfit is having a moment. There was Bianca Censori’s big naked dress reveal on the Grammys red carpet with Kanye West. Olivia Wilde, Kylie Jenner, and Zoë Kravitz all had naked looks at the Oscars 2025 after parties. And then there’s the queen of the naked outfit herself, Julia Fox. Julia’s Oscars 2025 dress was among the naked looks; in fact, it was perhaps the most naked of all the looks.
“I like clothes to tell a story,” Julia told NYLON in 2024. “I like them to be indicative of who a person is. I think when you’re jumping on every trend that comes along, it shows kind of a lack of authenticity or identity. I’ve always been drawn to the freaks, people that dress crazy. I find that those people are more my cup of tea.”
Baring a lot of skin seems to be Julia’s main form of “dressing crazy” and I’m here for it. I think we can all aspire to Julia Fox’s level of confidence when it comes wearing (or simply not wearing) clothes.
