The world is a bit of a dumpster garbage fire right now, so I’m using a steady diet of reality television to distract myself. One of the best ways to dissociate from the news? Celebrity Big Brother, of course. It’s the perfect blend of petty roommate squabbles, celeb egos, and nervous breakdowns.
Celebrity Big Brother 2025 is giving peak chaos energy, and honestly, we wouldn’t have it any other way. From reality legends and soap stars to an actual Member of Parliament (???), this lineup is a mix of iconic, unhinged, and deeply random. Whether they were evicted in a blaze of drama or quietly slipped out the back, every contestant brought something very different to the table.
Here’s your no-holds-barred recap of who’s who in the house—and what went down so far. Who has been evicted from Celebrity Big Brother 2025? Did JoJo Siwa actually cheat on her partner? Who is the “scum of the earth”? Let’s dig in to the Celebrity Big Brother 2025 cast.
Celebrity Big Brother 2025 Cast
1. Michael Fabricant
Evicted
I didn’t know politicians counted as celebs, but apparently, ITV was scraping the barrel with this one. Michael Fabricant is a politician and former MP who also served as the vice-chairman of the Conservative Party during the 2015 general election and parliamentary by-elections.
He low-key entered the Big Brother House to avoid watching the news. Gotta say, that’s the best reason I’ve ever heard.
As for who he’ll get on with in the house, he said: “It’s difficult to say. If they’re bright, amusing, interesting it’ll be great. I’m a light sleeper, so if they have some funny nighttime habits, that could be a problem. So no snorers, please. I think boredom is my biggest fear – not having enough stimulation.”
In a shocking turn of events, he stayed plenty stimulated by being the first housemate evicted. Time to turn on CNN again.
2. Trisha Goddard
Evicted
Chatty girlie in da house! Trisha Goddard is a TV presenter best known for her talk show Trisha that aired on ITV1 and Channel 5. She then crossed the pond to do Maury and The Trisha Goddard Show.
Trisha went on Celebrity Big Brother with a major goal: “I want to show people how you can live successfully with cancer and not be so scared of dying that you become scared of living,” she said in her video before going in.
Diagnosed with stage four metastatic breast cancer in 2022, Trisha planned to actively go through chemotherapy while on the show. She clarified that she didn’t want any pity and simply wanted to be treated like everyone else. And while that’s great, she really shouldn’t have been evicted in week two.
3. Mickey Rourke
“Left” (the same way your ex was just about to dump you when you dumped them)
Mickey is an actor best recognized for his Oscar-nominated role as Randy ‘The Ram’ Robinson in The Wrestler. He’s also appeared in cult classics like Sin City and 9½ Weeks.
Why did he go on Celebrity Big Brother? He just loves the Brits!!! Take that, King George!!
“I talked to a friend of mine who was on the show – Chuck Liddell – and he told me he got voted out real early,” he said of entering the house. “So that’ll probably happen to me.
“I have no expectations. I love coming over here. I haven’t been here in eight years. Most of my good friends aren’t here anymore, but I love British people and British culture, so I’ll enjoy talking to them [the Housemates], but I have no expectations of them. We’ll just see.”
On his short and not-so-sweet stint in the Big Brother House, Mickey demonstrated inappropriate language and unacceptable behavior. Case in point: his homophobic comments to JoJo Siwa and grabbing host AJ Odudu. He eventually agreed to leave the house—or, you know, got booted.
4. JoJo Siwa
Sorry, not sorry, but she’s the most famous contestant on Celebrity Big Brother 2025— I said what I said! We first met JoJo with her impossibly tight ponytail and lisp on Dance Moms. She’s most famous for being roasted on that TLC show—although, who wasn’t? Unless you count perfect Maddie.
Many Dance Moms stars have moved on to peaceful lives offscreen, if you don’t count TikTok. But JoJo? Not so much. From there, she became a huge YouTube star, known for her painful ponytail and rainbow-colored obsession. She released music and toured stadiums.
JoJo’s real impact, though, came when she came out as queer, dated various B-list celebs in traditionally messy lesbian style, and went viral for that dance to Karma. She’ll have no trouble keeping up with the rigorous house lifestyle, as she appeared on World’s Toughest Test, where she’s remembered for carrying Tom Sandoval. She also competed on Dancing With the Stars in the first-ever female-female pairing.
She said entering the show: “I’d say my strengths are making people laugh and smile and have a good time – that’s my forte. I think I’ll be easy to get along with – I’m a fairly easy person to get along with. I’m an easy person to converse with – even if somebody’s the complete opposite to me.
“At the end of the day, we’re all human. And I think if you’re a human that’s open to conversation that’s a great thing. And if you’re human that’s not open to conversation that’s all good – I’ll go converse with somebody nicer.”
5. Chesney Hawkes
Chessie—can I call you Chessie? I’m gonna call you Chessie—rose to fame at 19 when he starred in Buddy’s Song and sang the film’s biggest track, The One and Only. One-hit wonder? You be the judge. Maybe Chesney will give us a shower performance during his time on Celebrity Big Brother.
Since then, he’s appeared on various TV shows and films, including Hollyoaks, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, and Prince Valiant. His time in the Big Brother House is perfectly timed to promote his comeback album this month, though promo is gonna be tough without phones.
“I think I’ll get on well with the housemates generally,” he said. “I’m quite an easygoing guy, however I know it’s a completely bonkers environment and you never know – I might surprise myself about how I react to situations.
“I could definitely say that I’m pretty even tempered as a person, but what if I go in there and I’m completely crackers and I simply don’t seem like a balanced person – that could easily happen.”
6. Patsy Palmer
A classic Brit, Patsy Palmer is an actress and DJ. She’s best known for her portrayal of Bianca Jackson on the long-running British soap EastEnders where her character got kidnapped and held in a storage unit for months, before Patsy left the show in 2014. Though, she’s made brief comebacks in 2024 and 2025.
Patsy has also participated in reality TV, including Strictly Come Dancing, The Masked Singer, and Dancing on Ice.
She came onto Big Brother seemingly by accident, as she was actually looking for a classic digital detox. “I’m also looking forward to having a break from technology. We all spend so much time on our phones, etc, so having no access to that will be incredibly refreshing,” she said.”
And don’t worry, there’s more to Celebrity Big Brother for Patsy! “I’m really looking forward to walking through the iconic doors and meeting a group of brand-new people. It’s a fascinating experience, and that’s one aspect that excites me,” she said of entering the house.
Patsy got into it with younger contestant Ella Rae Wise after the latter revealed in a game of ‘Never Have I Ever’ that a married celebrity had slid into her DMs. She then complained that Ella’s remark was making the game’s tone “low,” adding, “We’re not scum of the earth.” Ella overheard and argued that she didn’t reply to the DM.
7. Angellica Bell
You just KNOW Angellica gets frustrated when everyone forgets the second ‘l’ in her name. Angellica is a well-respected TV and radio presenter who first started presenting on CBBC (kiddie TV) for six years from 2000. Since then, she’s dipped into reality TV, including The One Show and The Martin Lewis Money Show. She also kicked ass and won Celebrity MasterChef in 2017.
“Drama isn’t my thing, but I’ve not been locked up before! I think my positivity is a strength – the glass is always half full,” she said of entering the house. “That’s one of my mantras. We’ve all had adversity in our lives, and it’s one way to deal with obstacles that come our way.
“I’m good at listening to people, too. I’ve grown as a person because of my job. I’ve met all sorts of people with different backgrounds – listening to them, listening to their experiences. It’s easy to judge people, but until you know their story, you can’t make informed decisions about them.”
8. Donna Preston
Here’s someone who looks so familiar from our Netflix binges! Donna Preston is an actress who has starred in Good Omens, Apocalypse Wow, Dead Boy Detectives, and Hey Tracey.
“If anyone’s rude – that’ll grate on me. Loud eaters, too – I just don’t understand it. I have misophonia, so any unnecessary noises just mess with my head. And nail biting,” she listed.
“But if I find that something is getting to me, I’ll move myself away from the situation. Everyone’s got their habits, I understand that. I’ll just spend my time in the bath… ”
So basically, Donna is my spirit animal.
9. Danny Beard
ICON ALERT!!! Danny Beard is a drag queen and singer who stole our hearts on season 4 of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK.
Since leaving RuPaul’s glittering embrace, Danny has appeared on Karaoke Club: Drag Edition and Britain’s Got Talent. They’ve also made cameo appearances during the Eurovision Song Contest in 2023 and on Hollyoaks—which Brit hasn’t been on Hollyoaks??
Danny said of their personality: “I think I’m really easy going. I think I’m quite level-headed these days. I’m someone who feels other people’s emotions quite a lot – I’m very empathetic.
“I think I’d find it hard if somebody’s really struggling and it’s because of somebody else. I’d find that hard. But other than that, it’s not my gaff so I can’t really be bothered if people have got their feet on the sofa type of thing.”
10. Chris Hughes

A hot new bombshell has entered the Big Brother House! It’s Chris Hughes from Love Island 2017!! Hilariously, more people remember his bromance with former winner Kem Cetinay than any of his romances on the show—including Olivia Atwood.
But he’s not a one-trick pony, as Chris played football for Bourton Rovers FC and cricket for Bourton Vale CC—slay, I guess?? He’s also been praised for raising awareness about men’s health, notably undergoing a live testicular exam on ITV’s This Morning to promote cancer checks.
“I’d like to think I’d be an easy housemate to get on with everyone,” he said. “When I meet people for the first time people say ‘God, you’re so easy to talk to’ and I think people think that because you’re in the public eye you’d be robotic.
“But I’ll talk to anyone, so I think that’s like a good trait to have. So I should hopefully get on with everyone.”
Chris is already giving people the ick with his flirty comments to JoJo Siwa, which many fans are calling “creepy.” During a memory game, he told JoJo her good memory was a “big turn-on.” She asked him to repeat it… and he did. Oh no, honey. He also jokingly called her his “girlfriend.” Rumor has it, JoJo’s actual girlfriend, Kath Ebbs, isn’t pleased with the intimate shots of them.
11. Daley Thompson
Chris has got to hand over the sporty man of the house cap to Daley, as there’s really no competition. Daley Thompson is a former Olympian who broke the world record for the decathlon four times and was an unbeaten champion for nine years. He’s legit remembered as one of the greatest decathletes of all time. (Alexa, what is a decathlete?).
But his real Achilles’ Heel? Snoring.
“I think I will get on really well with all the other housemates but I think the thing I will find annoying is loud snoring and people staying up late and keeping me awake,” he said.
12. Ella Rae Wise

As a dedicated TOWIE fan, I’m screaming a little right now, trying not to fangirl. Ella is an influencer and TV personality who appears on The Only Way Is Essex.
“I’d like to think I would be an easy housemate to get on with. I’m quite a big team player,” she said. “I always want people to feel happy and comfortable around me. Even though I am a little bit blonde I do feel like I have a really understanding way about me. I do also have quite a caring side that I don’t feel has been shown to its full extent yet.”
Ella is seemingly in a bit of a rift with Chris, and many think she’s jealous of his closeness to JoJo Siwa. But her fellow TOWIE castmates have explained this is not the case, and she’s likely just feeling “isolated.”
13. Jack P Shepherd

We’ve got another soapie!! Jack P Shepherd is an actor best known for his role as David Platt on Coronation Street—is he supposed to be related to Ben Platt? He’s known for his controversial characters onscreen, though he hasn’t given much soap-worthy drama on Celebrity Big Brother so far.
Jack isn’t as phased by snorers as Daley, but he does hate loud people… yeah, good luck, mate—JoJo Siwa is in that house.
“If someone’s just trying to be loud to try and ‘point the camera at me please, I need airtime’ – maybe that might annoy me. Also, if you’re having a conversation and someone just comes and randomly joins in.”
