Betches Media is looking for an Account Manager to join the Sales & Partnerships team and be responsible for acting as a post-sale project manager, handling the organization, execution and post-campaign wrap-up requirements of advertiser partnerships. In this role, you will manage client conversations and expectations across all multi-platform Betches Media channels including custom social, video, podcasts, newsletters and events. This role will also include some pre-sale support for key campaign projects as well.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a solution-based mentality, has experience managing custom, social-first branded content, and excellent attention to detail. This role will report to the Senior Director of Account Management and will work alongside various members of the company (Sales SVP, Account Executives, Marketing & Social/Digital teams).

Betches Media is seeking a hilarious and creative branded content associate to help our team craft fun, effective web, newsletter, and social content for our brand partners. We’re looking for someone who can nail the delicate balance between hilarious content and showing our clients off to our audience in a way that makes them say, “I want that!!” The ideal candidate is a huge Betches fan, a marketing wiz, and, above all, an ace at seamlessly combining voice-driven language with client KPIs.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Branded and Affiliate Content and will work cross-functionally with multiple departments, including sales, editorial, and marketing. You should have demonstrated strong, clean writing skills, be extremely organized, and have experience in branded content.

This Sales Director must be able to leverage your own client relationships to introduce Betches Media to a wide suite of brands and advertisers. The candidate must possess strong quantitative & analytical skills and the ability to develop and connect with relevant cross medium creative partnership concepts in the digital, social, & audio media space. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled video editor who is proficient in editing both long-form and short-form comedic, narrative, and/or unscripted digital video content across Betches Media platforms via YouTube, Instagram & TikTok. You will play a major part in growing our YouTube account with a slate of new original series.
This role will report to the Senior Video Director and be responsible for working alongside various members of the company.
