Description

Betches Media is looking for a Content Assistant, Podcast to manage various podcast social content on a variety of topics from pop culture, celebrity & royals, to relationships & mental health. You will be responsible for the social marketing efforts of various Betches podcasts. 

The ideal candidate is a creative and out-of-the-box thinker who brings new and engaging ideas for these specific content genres. This individual is very familiar with the Betches brand and is able to ideate various types of social content with strong copy & social media design skills. 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ideate creative concepts across multiple social channels and platforms (Instagram, podcast, TikTok, Twitter, etc), specifically focusing on betches podcasts: @betches, Oversharing & more
  • Create outlines and weekly podcast descriptions for each show
  • Execute new & creative formats for content – while being agile and reactive to the news 
  • Strong ability to write and create positioning for reality TV, pop culture, entertainment, celeb news, relationships & more  
  • Support additional content team members through account management responsibilities, ie: drafting, copywriting, posting, & sourcing

An Integrated Marketing Manager to assist in the pre-sale sales process through creative ideation and strategic plans for paid branded content opportunities across all digital, social/audio channels, marketing initiatives and experiential activations. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative, funny and self-motivated individual who possesses a strong ability to assist the build of creative brand partnership packages in the digital media space, while also excelling at building decks that tell a strong and cohesive story. This candidate must have a strong instinct on how to position and market Betches Media through impactful and creative paid media campaigns.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Sales & Brand Partnership team to create and deliver winning proposals rooted in social, digital, podcast, and experiential activations that are both engaging for fans and are impactful for brand clients (and their KPIs)
  • Conceptualize from start to finish, thorough and creative paid brand partnership opportunities for a variety of interested and potential brand sponsors 
  • Be able to effectively manage a high volume of inbound and proactive RFPs
  • Package high quality and engaging proposals and presentations that deliver 360, integrated multi-platform activations

Betches Media is looking for a collaborative, dedicated, and vibrant People Operations Coordinator to join our HR/Operations team. ​​The ideal candidate will help maintain an efficient, productive, and positive workplace while also contributing to the company culture and employee experience. This person is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. We are looking for someone who is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive related tasks while able to work autonomously. They should be well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office.

The People Operations Coordinator is a problem-solver at heart with a professional yet approachable communication style. This person has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly evolving priorities. Anticipating the needs of the HR/Operations team, you should be skilled at anticipating problems before they arise, always taking the initiative to ensure a smooth office operation. 

This role will report into the Senior Manager, People & Community and work closely with all three co-founders. This individual must be available to come into the office four days a week (Monday – Thursday), and can work remotely on Fridays (unless needed otherwise). Working hours are 9:30am – 5pm.

Role & Requirements:

Office Management

  • Create a positive first impression of the Betches HQ office, warmly welcome employees and visitors, and own the guest experience
  • Full management of the office facilities, including upkeep of conference rooms, founder offices, kitchen cleanliness, storage organization, mail/deliveries, supplies, and repairs
  • Manage office budget, creation of purchase requests, and HR/Operations team invoice tracking and budgeting
  • Partner with HR on new hire logistics (such as granting office access and purchasing necessary on-site equipment, etc.)
  • Accept and sort mail, alert recipients and store in a secure place until pick-up
  • Assemble & ship PR packages and gifting requests
  • Maintain office amenities such as office supplies, beverages, snacks, and more
  • Act as the office liaison with the building manager/contractors for any relevant needs
  • Monitor and coordinate with cleaning services and assist with small tidying tasks throughout the day to ensure an orderly and sanitized work environment
  • Oversee use of basic A/V tech and the desk/room booking systems

Description

Betches Media is looking for an outgoing, fun, and driven individual to join the Marketing team. You will be responsible for assisting the Marketing department with special projects including: ownership of in-person event production, virtual experiences and digital activations, day to day press and PR support and various administrative duties. Tasks include but are not limited to ideating event concepts, venue research, guest list procurement, to full event execution. 

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, with strong project management skills, have a friendly demeanor, and can multi-task projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills as you will be working on behalf of the company with many outside parties.

This position will report to the Senior Director of Marketing and will work closely with many teams.

Role & Requirements

  • Lead the execution of external events (in person and virtual) with support from the marketing team (includes supporting the development of event proposals and budgets, negotiation of contracts, timeline development, menu selection, site selection, logistics, invitations, onsite staffing, ticketing page, event recaps etc.)
  • Create and manage detailed event planning timelines, while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Provide vendors and venues with positive communication, always representing the company in a professional manner
  • Work closely with cross-departmental content teams on event promotion to drive ticket sales and attendance and with sales & partnerships team to ensure all client deliverables (content, branding, product integrations/activations, etc.) are met 
  • Assist all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes
  • Liaise with outside subcontractors as needed (i.e., catering, DJ, etc.) to ensure event is fully supported & staffed 
  • Support new brand initiatives including but not limited to virtual metaverse experiences, influencer gifting, brand launch support, etc. 
  • Coordinate and share all new experiential and marketing initiatives with external PR team  
  • Day-to-day administrative work such as contract review, paying invoices, maintaining event budgets and Marketing team expenses

The ideal candidate is a highly skilled strategist with a deep understanding of audience development, social analytics, content & commerce data, SEO & revenue optimization. You will use insights to develop recommendations to drive engagement and identify opportunities for scaling audience and revenue.

You will oversee and manage a team of insight analysts and spearhead processes for sharing data efficiently and ensuring information is accessible to employees.

The ideal candidate is comfortable being agile in an ever changing media landscape, skilled at understanding user and consumer behavior across varying content platforms, and can identify growth and business development opportunities. 

This role will report to the Chief Operating Officer and work alongside all C-Suite & Senior leadership. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build insights at scale through elevating foundational data systems and analytics to allow for faster, better, and more systematic insights
  • Set a long-term vision for the data function and develop and execute successful data roadmaps
  • Equip decision-makers to execute business and product strategy
  • Ensure strong collaboration and consistent data standards, build the organizational processes for sharing data effectively
