Vice President, Sales & Brand Partnerships

DESCRIPTION

Betches Media is looking for a Vice President of Sales & Brand Partnerships with 10+ years of experience in selling social & digital media to lead the Sales & Brand Partnerships team. This person will be a key player in the growth of the company. They should have a strategic approach to optimizing sales, and be creative in seeking new business opportunities. This person will be responsible for bringing in new client partnerships that fit organically within our content across all Betches platforms including social, podcast, newsletter and more. We are looking to grow our 360 campaign partnerships that have proven successful for many clients including SkinnyPop, Moxy, Ulta, and Affirm and to grow our presence in the finance, tech, and CPG categories.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and highly strategic custom content seller with a strong ability to pitch and secure new business.  They need to have proven experience in ideating and selling custom content across all social channels and platforms. They should have strong quantitative & analytical skills, presentation skills and client relationships. They will be responsible for managing their own book of business and the account executives as well as overseeing the success and strategic planning for the entire Sales and Partnerships department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop go-to-market sales strategy for Betches Media across all brands and platforms

Sales Director

  • Betches Media is looking for a Director of Sales & Brand Partnerships to manage all new client relationships from inbound lead, to proposal development and deal close across all owned digital, social & audio channels. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and highly strategic seller who possesses strong quantitative & analytical skills, excellent client relationship and presentation skills and a desire to learn in a fast-paced industry.
  • This person should have the ability to lead by example and a proven track record of closing sales and growing partnerships in the digital media and entertainment industry. Part of this role will be helping to not only proactively source and close business, but to also help the sales team grow and have a clear plan and path to success.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Extensive contacts in digital & social media (client and agency side), and brands (specifically, beauty/wellness; F&B; tech/entertainment/financial services/auto) with ability to independently build a large pipeline

Director, E-Commerce

DESCRIPTON

  • Betches Media is looking for a Director of E-commerce who is highly experienced in online sales planning and business management for the entire Shop Betches brand (shopbetches.com). This position will report to the Vice President of Operations & Business Development.
  • The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with strong business acumen, passion for Betches Media & e-commerce product.

ROLE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Manage Shop Betches day to day operations & business development
  • Create, define and analyze metrics to measure the success of all styles and categories
  • Proactively identify and implement opportunities to improve product development including sourcing, sampling and lead times
  • Build and manage P&L including forecast and track volume metrics, business drivers and costs
  • Identify new business development & revenue opportunities
  • Identity, pitch and build opportunities to scale, increase revenue and drive conversion
