Carole Radziwill reminded us that “good summers” can be a limited commodity. But, with Serena Page, JaNa Craig, and Leah Kateb back on our screens for Peacock’s new spinoff, Beyond The Villa, it feels like this one is at least a shoo-in for reality greatness. How could it not be when PPG, AKA the Power Puff Gang, virtually took over all of America (and abroad, too) thanks to record-breaking viewership earned on season 6 of Love Island USA?
If last summer was a rollercoaster of heartbreak and spicy moments under the sheets, JaNA told me the summer of 2025 has allowed PPG to “say yes to everything” in Los Angeles, where the landscape is less tropical but still full of familiar palm trees. While some of their castmates are feeling heated about friendships, this trio is feeling the love in their Island connections that have blossomed into the hopeful loves of their lives. I sat down with Leah, JaNa, and Serean to discuss marriage plans, future collabs, and their next reality TV ventures.
Serena Page, JaNa Craig, Leah Kateb: PPG Friendship Updates
Who is getting married from Love Island USA?
When I asked PPG, all in stable, loving relationships, which lady they saw getting married first, they broke out into laughter. “1, 2, 3, Leah!” Serena and JaNa chanted. Leah added, “I think it could be anyone, honestly and truly,” before agreeing Miguel was “mature” and “ready,” according to her friends.
Miguel’s maturity, according to JaNa, comes from being “Three years older than Kenny” and “like two, three years older than Kordell.” But, fans shouldn’t worry because they won’t have to wait long for the other couples to catch up. “I feel like, low-key, [we’ll get married] all within the same year or two,” JaNa said, not meaning within the next year or two, but around the same time, whenever it happens. “And they all talk, so I’m sure they’ll coordinate something,” Leah co-signed.
Is PPG releasing a brand?
I, of course, needed to know when PPG was going to collab on a project. “Oh… have we not?” Serena cheekily asked me. To be fair, the friends have teamed up on sponsored campaigns for brands like Dunkin’ (“with our men,” Serena clarified), but what about launching their own unique line? “Something fire” would be “juicy tracksuits,” Leah mused, “Or it’s only right to do something with PPG. Power Puff Girls.”
Serena agreed on the “iconic” prospect. When Leah specifically suggested “actual little dolls,” JaNa thought “that would be so cute,” soooo can someone get Labubu on the line?
Do Leah and Rob from Love Island still speak?
While this crew has moved Beyond The Villa, their memorable fallouts are still part of their legacy. So, now that the sand has long settled, are Leah and Rob friends?
“No, not really,” Leah tells me. “I wouldn’t say — yeah, we’re not in touch, but I do wish him well and I really, really hope that he’s good.”
What is JaNa Craig up to after Love Island?
As we reminisced about JaNa’s impressive career highlight reel in the last year, JaNa laughed, “The world is my oyster, huh? No, I’m just kidding.” But considering she has walked the runway, shot commercials, and chopped it up with the likes of Miss Keke Palmer, that’s a fair assessment. While she’s “still trying to figure out what’s [her] favorite thing,” JaNa has “always imagined” entering the beauty space.
“I love makeup, so I see myself maybe having my own makeup brand in the future,” she says. “I love real estate. Growing a beautiful real estate portfolio would be nice, but as of now, it’s just a yes until I figure out what I’m obsessed with.”
Serena Page On Her Acting Career
Serena has been supporting Kordell’s acting career (he is set to appear in Keke Palmer’s TV show, Southern Fried Rice), but that doesn’t mean he’s the only one fit for the big screen. When I asked Serena which A-list actress she would trust to star as Kordell’s romantic leading lady, she candidly questioned back, “What the hell? Me!”
Honestly, fair! Fingers crossed for a dramedy in the couple’s future.
Which Love Island cast members are on Traitors?
Snake wrangler Rob Rausch is the first USA Islander to appear on Traitors, but I was curious if PPG saw any Scottish potential in the future. Being booked and busy, the ladies actually hadn’t binged the Peacock original yet, so JaNa and I tag-teamed the group with a quick synopsis of how it works. “So basically, who’s a good liar?” JaNA questioned, adding, “I suck at lying, I’m just going to consider myself [out].”
“I’m pretty fucking bad at lying,” Leah chimed in, including Miguel as another no-go.
If lying is the key skillset, then Serena thinks the best candidate from their season “is on it right now.” Okay, tea.
