Love is Blind is back — and this time, some of the singles have funny midwest accents. (Looking at you, Joey. I die every time that man talks.) Season 8 was filmed in Minneapolis, and it turns out juicy love triangles and highly questionable men are a thing in chill, friendly midwest cities too. At the end of the first six episodes, there are five engaged couples preparing to further explore their ~connections~ in Honduras. Do I have confidence in most of them? Not at all, no. But we shall see what happens next when episodes 7-9 air on February 21. Naturally, I’m already wondering: Which Love is Blind season 8 couples are still together? I’m gonna go ahead and say probably not. I truly cannot tell what they actually like about each other, plus they have major political and moral differences. Oh, and there’s that viral video of a girl warning about Ben on TikTok…
Are Taylor And Daniel Still Together?
Oof. Although I honestly really liked these two together, it isn’t looking good for them at the end of episode 6. Taylor seems super convinced that Daniel once followed and unfollowed her on Instagram, and therefore knew what she looked like before the reveal. “It’s freaking me out that you may have put the pieces together while we were in the pods,” she tells him. He def seems suspicious to me, but TBD.
Are Devin And Virginia Still Together?
Devin is giving “I wanna get married but I don’t really GAF who I get married to,” which I feel like is not the best foundation for a long-lasting, loving marriage. I’m betting against them for now. I mean, it seemed like he only chose Virginia because he couldn’t deal with the fact that Brittany is bi… Also! These two are currently the only ones not following each other on Insta?! Very interesting.
Are Dave And Lauren Still Together?
I’d be shocked if any relationship involving Dave lasted very long. This man is a walking red flag, and he’s already treated Lauren like shit. (He lied about his status with Molly, called Lauren old, and per the teaser for the next episodes, he insulted her hair too.) My honest prediction is that this villain’s gonna be having flings with girls in their early twenties for most of his life. But again, I suppose miracles can happen.
Are Monica And Joey Still Together?
They seem like sitcom characters to me, but maybe that’s just because they both have Friends names. Anyways, IDK… These two might last, but their relationship seems a little too perfect and neat to be true. (They got engaged after like three seconds of bonding over The Sound of Music.) But we haven’t seen them as much as the others yet, so it’s hard to say.
