Like Stephen, Tess competed as a gymnast at Penn State. She specialized in the balance beam, uneven bars, and floor and even earned a nomination for the AAI Award, which is given to the nation’s top senior gymnast. Not too shabby. The 26-year-old Texas native retired from the sport after her senior year.
Obviously, she’s a Stephen stan. When her BF helped snatch that bronze medal for his team, Tess celebrated the win with an Insta post. “History = Made,” she captioned a carousel of photos from the special day. “The most insane, magical day watching you close it out to bring home the first team medal for USA in sixteen years. Words can’t capture how proud I am of you.” A flex and a half, truly.
