We are looking for a Creative Director, Digital Content & Marketing who is responsible for developing and overseeing execution of all internal content, digital marketing campaigns, branded content partnerships with third-party publishers and influencers, through multi-platform channels.

Role & Requirements

Digital Marketing Strategy and Campaign Leadership

  • Lead team through best in class digital strategy across all Betches platforms (.com, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc)
  • Collaborate with all digital team members to develop and implement series’ marketing strategy for all internal branded content
  • Build digital marketing strategy, creative briefs and campaign materials that leverage brand positioning, audience profile and digital insights and trends
  • Spearhead the conception, development and execution of digital content marketing programs
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with content creators, interactive and editorial groups for digital platforms and mobile technologies
  • Oversee team in all facets of campaign planning, including content placement, creative approval and timeline development
  • Outline success measures for all areas of content based upon organizational goals and performance

Multi-Platform Content Strategy And Development

  • Lead team in the creation of innovative, forward-leaning multi-platform content that generates buzz and increases engagement for all Betches Media
  • Develop concepts that are aligned with the brand’s content marketing strategy and positioning and uniquely designed for the specific platform
  • Oversee & liaise Editorial, Video & Content teams to understand the full landscape of Betches content for any given series, podcast, shop merchandise, sales plan, etc to ensure all multi-platform content works in synergy and achieves proper narrative
  • Liaise with Sales team and any other prospective distribution partners to ensure content works in synergy with their strategy, plans and timelines
  • Collaborate with Marketing on the development of digital content with the primary objective of driving subscriber growth across all Betches channels (email subscribers, site visits, podcast listen, insta followers, etc)
  • Expand Betches audience development through thoughtful and creative concepts
  • Oversee internal creative teams and other partners in the creation of multi-platform content that is creatively compelling, strategically sound, with brand voice and guidelines
  • Identify opportunities to extend linear storytelling to digital platforms through media campaigns and content
  • Pitch high level storytelling for the digital space and partner with teams on the development content, from ideation through execution

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the company.

  • Contribute to pre-sale campaign strategy and planning
  • Assist the VP and Sales Manager of Partnerships on all campaigns to ensure successful, timely launches with strong return business rates
  • Work closely with social, creative and marketing teams to ensure campaign deliverables are met in a timely manner

Qualifications
