Today marks Leo DiCaprio’s 45th birthday, and it’s only right that we celebrate such a Hollywood icon. Leo’s given us so many amazing performances over the course of his career, and for that I am thankful. But when it comes to his dating life, things have been a little bumpier, and Leo has never really settled down. Leo has a type, and that type is basically just “young and hot.”
These days, Leo is in a relationship with 22-year-old model and actress Camila Morrone, whom he started dating last year. I’m honestly impressed they’ve made it this far, but Camila is just the latest in a long line of young, hot women that Leo has huge out with. Let’s take a look back at some of the Leo DiCaprio exes you may have forgotten about, and some that I really just want to bring up again.
Rihanna
Okay, so most of you probably remember this, but it will never not be wild to me. Back in early 2015, Rih and Leo were spotted together numerous times over the course of a few months, starting with New Years in St. Bart’s. Naturally, everyone assumed that something was going on, but there was never solid confirmation that they were in a relationship. Personally, I feel like Rihanna would’ve hooked up with Leo just for the story, and I really support that.
Blake Lively
I truly, truly forgot that this happened. At this point, it’s bizarre to imagine a time when Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds weren’t a package deal, but we all had to start somewhere. And for Blake Lively, that meant a five-month relationship with Leo in 2011, when she was just 24. Their relationship obviously didn’t last that long, but some weird info leaked about their habits. Reportedly, Blake traveled with a doll and sent Leo pictures of it at all the places she went, which is…cute? Nope, I tried, but it’s weird.
Bar Refaeli
Israeli model Bar Refaeli is probably the longest relationship Leo has had. They dated from 2005 to 2010, when she turned 25 and officially became too old for him. Sad, but true. They were quite serious, and one time Leo met the Israeli Prime Minister while visiting her in her home country. Since dating Leo, Bar has done pretty well for herself, investing in a bunch of Israeli businesses that have given her a net worth of $20 million. Good for her.
Gisele Bündchen
Ah yes, a true early 2000s power couple. Like Bar Refaeli, Gisele dated Leo for around five years, from 1999 to 2004. Despite Leo being notoriously private with his relationships, he even took Gisele to the Oscars one year, so you know it was serious. In 2018, Gisele finally opened up about the relationship, saying that she started suffering from panic attacks near the end, and needed to change her lifestyle of heavy drinking and smoking cigarettes. Obviously, she ended up with Tom Brady, and I feel like she’s probably okay with that decision.
Naomi Campbell
We don’t really know any details of this, but it’s widely reported that Naomi and Leo had a “fling” in 1995. You know this was a super long time ago, because Naomi is actually four years OLDER than Leo. He might’ve been into her back then, but she’s literally 25 years too old for him now. Sad for him, because she’s still stunning.
Amber Valletta
Amber Valletta is a super famous model, or you might know her as the sister of Scheana’s ex Rob from Vanderpump Rules. Either way, Leo and Amber were only together for a brief time, but the story is…a lot. Apparently, Leo saw a picture of Amber in a magazine in 1998, and had his people track her down for him. And then they hooked up. Sounds really romantic!
Demi Moore
Demi and Leo dated for a hot minute back in 1997, and she was older than him, too. This isn’t really surprising to me for some reason, but I definitely didn’t know that it happened. Demi would then go on to marry another younger guy, Ashton Kutcher, but Leo wouldn’t really do the older woman thing for much longer.
Leo DiCaprio has had many more exes over the years, but most of them are models who are basically only famous because they dated Leo. It’s truly been a wild ride. Happy birthday, Leo!

No one wants to look old. That’s just the way it is. Every year, we spend billions of dollars on serums and SPFs and masks that are all designed to hold off the fact that we’re all getting a little bit closer to death. Sorry if that was dramatic, but it’s the truth. Whether you’re a botox aficionado or just obsessed with skincare, we all just want to age gracefully.
But somehow, there are certain celebrities who don’t age gracefully. Instead, they seem not to age at all. While I’m sure this has something to do with being able to afford the best treatments, procedures, and products on the market, there’s no substitute for good genes. I don’t know what secrets these stars have up their sleeves, but they all look freakishly good for their age (or any age).
Reese Witherspoon
Reese Witherspoon is 43 years old, but she still looks the exact same as she did when she played Elle Woods for the first time. That was 18 years ago, in case you don’t feel old already. This photo of Reese was taken two nights ago at the season 2 premiere of Big Little Lies, and I’m personally offended at how radiant her skin looks. She also has an amazing style that’s classy and sophisticated, but never makes her seem older than she is. I want Reese to be my mom, but she looks more like my older sister if we’re being honest.
Jennifer Lopez
Talking about Jennifer Lopez looking amazing is nothing new, but I’m still shocked every time I see a photo of her. Her killer body is thanks to a killer workout, but her face is just as flawless. My skin hasn’t looked that good since I was nine years old. I truly would not believe that she was 49 years old, but she’s been famous since before I was born. At this rate, she’ll probably look this good after I’m dead, too.
Gabrielle Union
In the past, I’ve definitely been guilty of sleeping on Gabrielle Union, and shame on me for that. Gabrielle is hilarious, talented, and absolutely STUNNING. She posted the above photo a few days ago, while on vacation in Greece with her hubby Dwyane Wade. As evidenced in the caption, she is 46 YEARS OLD. Is she a witch? Did she make a deal with the devil? There is simply no other explanation. Gab just had her first child (god bless shady baby) last fall, but she’s still going to be the hottest mom at daycare.
Paul Rudd

I wasn’t initially going to include any men on this list, but then I remembered that Paul Rudd TURNED 50 LAST MONTH. I don’t understand this, because he still looks exactly like he did in Clueless, which was basically a quarter of a century ago. It’s just not fair. On his birthday in April, everyone pointed out that this is what happens when you’re charming and unproblematic, which is true. Find me anyone who doesn’t love Paul Rudd, and I’ll tell them why they’re wrong.
Naomi Campbell
As a model, it’s obviously part of the job description to be ridiculously attractive, but most models are out of the game before they turn 30. Naomi, however, just turned 49, and is still killing the game. She looked absolutely stunning at this year’s Met Gala, and she also closed Valentino’s most recent haute couture show. I would let her throw a cell phone at me literally any day of the week.

I guess starring in one of the most successful TV shows of all time clears your skin right up. Jen turned 50 in February of this year, but her face is still frozen somewhere in the mid-90s. Minus the haircut, thankfully. Now all she needs to do is get back with Brad Pitt and it will really feel like we’ve all gone back in time.
Angela Bassett
See that woman in the photo? Yeah, she’s 60. I’m super happy for all these stars looking ageless well into their 40s, but Angela Bassett really takes it to the next level. She’s basically looked the same since the 1970s. She played a Voodoo priestess on one season of American Horror Story, so she must have put a spell on herself to never get a day older. It’s working.

The Creative Director of both Fendi and Chanel for over 35 years, Karl Lagerfeld was always on the cutting edge of what was happening in fashion. His controversial designs and ad campaigns, along with his instantly recognizable personal style, made him one of the fashion industry’s ultimate icons.
Rumors of health issues had been circulating in recent weeks, especially after Karl was absent from Chanel’s Spring Haute Couture show last month in Paris. Regardless, everyone was caught off guard with the news of his passing, and dozens of celebrities and fashion figures have offered heartfelt tributes. Lindsay Lohan might not always keep it cool, but she kept it sweet and simple in the wake of Karl’s passing. This really is a lovely photo of them together, and her message is sincere and to the point.

You might not love Kim Kardashian, but Karl was always a fan. They worked together on numerous occasions, and Kim commemorated Karl with some great behind the scenes photos of them on set.

The fashion bible shared a great photo of the designer at work, taken just last fall. Behind the black sunglasses and oversized collars, it’s easy to forget that Karl was a fashion genius, but this image shows him as the true artist he was.
Throughout his career, Karl Lagerfeld always had a sharp sense of humor, and he never took himself too seriously. I don’t know how Karl would’ve felt about all of the touching tributes, but he would probably have a good laugh at this. RIP Karl, you’ll be greatly missed.
