In case you somehow missed it, Hannah Brown and Tyler Cameron are quarantining together. And now, another possible Bachelor couple, Peter and Kelley, was seen out and about actively disobeying social distancing protocols. I guess we can finally say for sure that Bachelor producers don’t pick their cast based on intelligence, right? And Bachelor couples aren’t the only couples that are quarantining together—real celebrities are doing it too! Why aren’t these people worried they’re going to hate each other by the end of this? I’m quarantining with my mother and I’m 99% sure the only reason she hasn’t murdered me yet is because she doesn’t want the nine months that she carried me in her womb to be for nothing. So, it’s either very brave or very stupid of these celebrities to spend an undetermined amount of time together. Let’s take a look at which celebrity couples have decided to take their chances, and attempt to answer the eternal question: do celebrities that quarantine together stay together?
Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello
So I guess this charade is still happening. Shawn and Camila have called the paparazzi on themselves been spotted out in Miami multiple times since quarantine began. Aggressively kissing, of course, because no one would buy that they’re a couple if they’re not swallowing each other’s faces whole. Oh wait, we still don’t buy it. Shouldn’t have wasted the saliva, guys! But that was SO sweet of them to remind us that it’s possible to stay fit while under quarantine—I mean, look at those abs! Could you livestream a workout for us, Shawn? Should I buy any equipment? Will I need to put down my Cheetos? Anyway, I’m not too worried about this couple breaking up in isolation. They’ll only break up when their contract says to, and I’m sure their lawyers thought of a pandemic clause.
Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas
Another couple doing their part to make sure the paparazzi stay employed during this unprecedented time of unemployment is Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas. I’m veryyyyy concerned about these two. First, they went from dating to “these are the sounds my body makes” in about .5 seconds. Second, they seem to really want people to know they’re banging, in a time when people reallyyyy don’t care. We’re just trying to secure enough toilet paper over here! Honestly, I’m happy that Ben is happy, partially because I think he makes things harder for himself than they need to be, but mostly because The Accountant is an underrated movie for which he did not get his due. But also, I beg of you, stay home! And actually, maybe I am very worried about this relationship because if they can’t obey an order to stay home that is strictly to SAVE LIVES, maybe they’re getting sick of each other already?
Leonardo DiCaprio and Camila Morrone
This one has me shook. Yes, Camila and Leo have been together for a while. Yes, there are no parties for Leo to attend at this time. Yes, Coachella was canceled. Yes, his infamous Pussy Posse does have too many members for the CDC to allow them to hang out right now. But I never thought it would come to this. Leo alone with a girlfriend for an extended amount of time? Giving her the impression that they might just be serious? The world really is ending. According to Harper’s Bazaar, Leo and Camila are in quarantine at his LA mansion and “they’re always together, but like maintaining privacy.” I assume that means that when Camila starts talking about TikTok he sends her to her room, right? They’ve even decided to foster a dog! I’m flummoxed. Look, I can’t tell you for sure if these two will make it through, the only thing I can tell you is that if we’re still in quarantine when she turns 25, they definitely will not.
Demi Lovato and Max Ehrich
I just said to my mother that now might be the time to get into soap operas. But I didn’t mean to, like, get into them, you know? Someone must have said the same thing to Demi and she took it very literally because it looks like she is quarantining with Max Ehrich, an actor on The Young and The Restless. Wow. That show title just hit hard. According to People, Max has posted Instagram stories of himself cuddling with Demi’s dogs, and a shirtless picture saying he didn’t pack enough for his quarantine. No one did, Max! Demi responded in the comments, “Fine by me…”. So I think it’s safe to say they have plenty to do to pass the time.
Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez
I know you’re wondering if you should know who Dalton Gomez is, but don’t worry, you shouldn’t, and we broke his details down for you here. I’m honestly shocked that this guy is not a YouTube star because I find if I don’t know a name I hear on a celebrity website, they’re most likely a mildly offensive human who gets paid $24 million a year to tape themselves doing dumb sh*t. But, this guy is a realtor. Ariana met him through friends and apparently he sells multi-million dollar houses. Not right now you don’t, Dalton! Ain’t nobody got any money. We all know that Ariana is great at a quick, intense relationship *cough* all those Pete Davidson tattoos *cough* so this relationship might really thrive for the next few months. But once this is over and all of us mole people return to the light? They’re done.

This is like, the whole reason we’re even having this conversation. Ariana isn’t posting pictures of them together or anything, but he’s been in the background of several of her posts in the past couple weeks. According to TMZ’s sources, they’ve been seeing each other for several months, but this week is the first time he’s been identified as anything other than a mystery man.

So how did we figure out who this guy is? Turns out, fans with a lot of time on their hands were able to cross reference Dalton’s tattoos with the tattoos visible on the guy in one of Ari’s Insta stories, and they match up. Name someone working harder than Ariana Grande stans, I’ll wait. Today, I’m thankful for the healthcare professionals, and the Ariana detectives working overtime.
He’s A Real Estate Agent
Until now, most of the guys Ariana has dated (that we know of) have been in the entertainment industry. There was Mac Miller, Big Sean, Pete Davidson, Mikey from Social House, the list goes on. But as a real estate agent, Dalton Gomez is a completely different vibe for her. He’s an agent in LA with the Aaron Kirman Group, where he’s worked for three years. According to his company bio, he’s responsible for “running all day-to-day operations of the top luxury real estate team in LA.” Sounds fancy, I’m into it. He might not be an A-list musician, but his sold listings include two houses over $10 million, so I’d imagine he makes pretty good money.

Just because Dalton Gomez doesn’t work in the entertainment industry doesn’t mean he’s not around it. Above is an Instagram story of him hanging out with Miley Cyrus from way back in 2017. According to a source from E! News, Dalton and Ariana “run in the same circle,” explaining that “he used to be a dancer and they have many mutual friends.” I guess with a performing past, plus the luxury real estate hookup, it’s not hard to imagine that he would meet a lot of influential people. We don’t know exactly how he and Ariana Grande met, but it’s easy to imagine them getting introduced through a mutual friend or a business connection.

When I first saw a photo of Dalton, my mind went to one place. Before I even got to the “who is Dalton Gomez?” phase, my immediate reaction is that he doesn’t not look like Pete Davidson. Clearly I wasn’t the only one who felt this way, and lots of tweets comparing the two went viral. Sadly, Dalton’s Instagram is private, so it’s hard to do a proper stalking, but he sort of looks like what you would expect a real estate agent version of Pete to look like. I have a feeling that, personality-wise, Pete and Dalton couldn’t be more different, but right now I’m just going on the visual. Hopefully Dalton is bringing Ariana all the hotness of Pete, but with like, a little more stability.
Obviously, we don’t know too much about Dalton and Ariana’s relationship yet, but hopefully the longer this quarantine goes on, she’ll start posting more about him. Two weeks from now, they could be going live together—I can dream!

It feels like it’s been decades since we last talked about Ariana Grande’s personal life, but just a year ago we were still getting almost daily updates about her relationship with Pete Davidson. Time really flies. We haven’t known what’s up in Ariana’s dating life since she and Pete broke up last October, but now there are rumors she has a new man.
The rumors were kicked off last week, when Ariana Grande pretty randomly dropped a new song with hip hop duo Social House. Mainly, it seemed random because Ariana is in the middle of a tour right now, so it doesn’t seem like she’s going to be making another album right away. But when you look at the bigger picture, it’s not especially surprising. Social House are currently opening for Ariana on tour, and they’ve produced past hits of hers including “7 Rings” and “Thank U, Next.”
Let’s get to the actual song. It’s called “Boyfriend,” which immediately caused some raised eyebrows. The lyrics talk about being attached to someone even though you’re not in a relationship, and judging from the video, that someone would appear to be Social House’s own Mikey Foster.
In the video, Ariana sees Mikey talking to other women, and she has elaborate fantasies of attacking them to get them away from Mikey. It’s actually a pretty funny concept, but it’s a little awkward that Scootie, the other half of Social House, is basically just third-wheeling the whole thing. Of course, this could just be a video concept and nothing more, but why? It’s not like Ariana needs to be promoting new music right now, and there’s obvious chemistry between her and Mikey.
When asked about the meaning of the song on Twitter, Ariana Grande responded with the following message:

Okay, so maybe Ari doesn’t have like, a boyfriend boyfriend, but there must at least be something going on, right? Right?? Fans on Twitter were quick to speculate that Ariana and Mikey are dating, but we don’t have any solid information so far. Ariana closed Lollapalooza in Chicago on Sunday night, and she brought Social House on to perform their new song, but things stayed PG during the performance.
Obviously, I’d love more details about what, if anything, is going on between Ariana Grande and Mikey Foster, but maybe it’s for the best that they’re keeping things quieter for now. Last year, I felt like I knew what Ariana and Pete were doing every second of every day, and we all saw how quickly that fell apart. I’m not judging, but maybe this time we can hold off on the couples tattoos, at least for a few months. One source did tell The Blast that Ari and Mikey are definitely in a relationship, and that their relationship has “taken a passionate new turn in the recent months,” but I still feel like it’s too soon to say for sure.
Ariana and Social House are headed to Europe on tour later this month, so it’s perfect timing if there’s a new relationship they want to keep low-key. Maybe Ari and Mikey will be engaged by the time they get back to the US, or maybe there really is nothing going on. Either way, hopefully we’ll know more soon.
