Both looks have racked up millions of views on the app, with Hailey Bieber kicking off the Strawberry Makeup phenomenon. Both trends focus on hues of red, in a minimalistic and subtle approach. However, what makes the two different is that Strawberry Makeup uses faux freckles to resemble the seeds of the fruit, which is super cute (IMO). Red makeup outside of lips can sound a little bold, but these two trends prove that’s not the case at all. Think flushes, healthy-looking skin that looks a little more sophisticated than how skin does post-tanning.
