So, this all started when Shawn went on life coach and (every celebrity’s bestie) Jay Shetty’s podcast, On Purpose With Jay Shetty. The singer predictably gushed about Camila. He said that he and Camila have “done the best job at preserving our private lives” and “have worked extremely hard to just protect each other.” Regarding the recent drama, he claimed, “As long as we’re good, we’re good. All the noise is just noise.” And because he’s Shawn and had to have a classic Shawn moment, he mentioned that he and Camila have a “private little fire of love for each other.” Sigh. (He notably did not mention Sabrina at all during the interview, but did say that he doesn’t “really see or care what people say about my love life or relationships.”) Of course, that “fire of love” quote circulated on social media, and fans had thoughts.
