I’ll be the first to admit that I am a fan of The Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise. For entertainment value alone, it can’t be beat.
Needless to say, this season already has me captivated. Mostly, I have a million follow-up questions for the early front-runner, Jordan Rodgers.
Like, if he wins, does JoJo get free Packers tickets? Does she get to hang out with Olivia Munn? Does she have to battle his super-in-shape ex in person and/or on Instagram?
We’ll have to wait, I guess, for the answers to those questions. But if you were wondering how Jordan’s NFL career actually went and how much it’s just been played up for the show. The answer is: not great and a lot.
I would say I have a pretty casual knowledge of sports, so it was kind of weird I had never heard of the dude. That is, until a guy friend pointed out to me that Aaron’s little bro never actually made it on to the field. Like, ever.
So you aren’t totally out of it if you didn’t know he existed until recently. If you don’t know who he is in reference to The Bachelorette, we probably can’t be friends for the next 10 weeks or however long they drag out this season.
