The Wall Street Journal, one of the nation’s most respected news publications, had a pressing question this month: Youth? Not, like, anything in particular about youth, just “so, youth… whadda ya got?” They posed this non-question to six “luminaries,” one of whom is Kendall Jenner, a person not known for being a writer or even a high school graduate, as far as I can tell. Some choice excerpts:
“I saw my sisters and parents working every day, so I was pretty much brought up to be a workaholic.” – Kendall Jenner, professional Instagram personality.
“I try to be as immature as I can sometimes—react to things as if I were 12.” – Kendall Jenner, a person old enough to vote in elections and purchase firearms.
“I’m scared to be 20—it’s the first step out of being a teenager.” – Kendall Jenner, millionaire.
“what am I going to be like when I’m 65?” – Kendall Jenner, youth.
Kendall Jenner, who is famous because her sister taped herself getting pissed on by Ray J, is afraid of turning 20 and has been given column space in the Wall Street Journal. How’s grad school working out for you?
